Excellent location, easily within walking distance from train station and bang in the old city. Digital check-in easy and convenient (especially if you would like to arrive at odd hours). If anything doesn’t work as it should (we didn’t receive the outside door access code in advance for example) staff is reachable by phone and whatsapp.

If I had to name one thing it would be that we had to walk a little distance to store our bags for a few hours after check-out. Despite this we still appreciated the service being offered at all, given this is a staff-less facility.

Great location, helpful staff. Wanted late check out. Despite rooms already booked, still made it possible. Location is optimal. Easy to reach with local public transportation. Good food options around. Easy walk to sightseeing locations.

Had to find my way with the check in system. It worked well. I was a last minute booking person, which meant that upon my arrival I found out there was an automated check in system. Once I figured it out, it was easy. The staff also came, within minutes, when I asked for an explanation.

There is a lot to like about this modern property - it is very secure, quiet, exceptionally clean (with beautiful towels and a great shower), easy access to parking and in a great location. While the rooms are quite small, they are well designed and there is a quiet lounge area if you want to sit with friends or plan your day. There are excellent cafes all around. It was perfect for our overnight stay with friends.

The check-in process is straightforward, however, the emailed instructions need to be more specific. It is very important to have at hand the following details: Locator number and the QR code emailed to you by the hotel (this Locator number is the booking reference NOT the Booking.com reference number). You must also have a passport or ID card ready to be scanned - a printed copy does not work as it does not fit in under the reader.

Great place to stay in Valencia. Mondern designe of room,just few steps from center and old town. Also 500 m far away from Valencia Catedral and main sqare with lots of restaurants and shops. Every recomandation for this hotel. If I come back to Valencia I will stay in this place. Also great comunation with Nalu stuff.

Top location, just around the corner from one of the city’s main downtown squares. As we didn’t notice beds are only queen size the staff organized different rooms with separate beds for two of the three nights.

Don’t like the self check-in procedure. Needed to insert all personal data manually as the machine didn’t recognize my ID card.

Location was excellent and the staff we met was friendly. The area on our floor outside the elevator could have more decor. It felt a little abandoned.

The check in kiosk wasn't working. We had to call the number and luckily a staff was in the hotel location to do the manual check in prices and let us in to the room Also, I write twice to the hotel email ahead to ask advice about COVID testing and I never received an answer.

My second time in Valencia, I watched the Valencian GP of MotoGP, and it was a very late order because I had to buy race tickets first. Still, luckily, Nalu Boutique Rooms was fresh on booking.com with an ultra excellent Location right in the city center close to the central train station and main landmarks/shopping centers. Probably the best price/location and the best price due to the photos. We arrived at Valencia very late, but that wasn't a problem because the owner was there to assist us in opening the door, and the check-in was just a unique automated experience! From the first impression, the room is super modern styled and beautifully colored. The bathroom is very clean and big (we liked the shower design). The room is not very big, but the space was great to us: a small cabinet with a safe inside, a wall-to-wall desk, and a fantastic chair. The beds are the best part of the room. It is very comfortable and well organized, with plenty of pillows, while one of them has memory foam. VERY COMFORTABLE. Thanks Guillermo and the staff. For sure I will recommend this place for every visitor in Valencia!

One problem is the epoxy smell because it looked like a fresh and new bathroom!

An original concept with no reception staff which was slightly unconventional however, excellent room standard and fabulous location for the city sights. Clean, functional and would definitely recommend.

The location is in the city so lots of street noise into the early hours, but that's what you expect in the city centre and in Spain where quiet conversations don't exist! 😂🤣😂

Excellent location of the main square. Staff very easy to contact and turned up in minutes when we needed help getting the aircon to work. Beds and pillows super comfy and enjoyed minimalist room.

Slightly thicker duvet as it was very cold with the aircon in the night but so hot you needed the aircon on. Large toiletries were slowly added to our room throughout our stay - would have been great id they had been there straight away.

Location was excellent, less than 100 metres to main square and less than a 5 minute walk to the central market. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Staff were very helpful and available for any questions with very quick responses via WhatsApp. We left a pair of wireless earphones in our room and the staff messaged us that these were found in our room within 30 minutes of check out, which allowed us to collect the earphones before we left the city for the airport.
