Breakfast is very good (a lot of choice and fresh food, good taste), for 9,50 euro for person. Staff is very kind and always available for every request. The position is ideal, because at walking distance from everywhere in the centre of the town (main attractions, restaurants, metro, etc.). The room is nice and clean

Bathroom is very small. The insonorization within rooms is very poor (it is not so efficient)

Location fantastic. Our room was perfect for the two of us. 5th floor room 502. Comfy bed, comfy pillows, blackout curtains excellent, powerful shower, staff very polite on reception, fresh towels every day. Very clean. The Maids do a fantastic job. Everything was perfect about our stay. Would recommend and will definitely be returning here on our next trip to Valencia!

Perfect location and great view from the room windows. Extremaly clean room, bathroom and hotel at all. It is one of the best places to stay in the historic center - everything is on walking distance. Personal is helpful, respectful and polite. Good breakfast.

Wonderful location, absolutely amazing bed, very good shower. The staff was very helpful and the cleaners exceptional. We had a tiny balcony, too, so we could have a morning coffee in the sunshine, watching the world go by underneath. Just really nice, I can highly recommend!

There's nothing we didn't like. Possibly important for some people, though, is the fact that the rooms to the square get all the noise of a busy square, if you want the door open. But the room has double doors to keep the noise out, so if you're happy to keep the door closed, you're fine - or just live with the bustling sounds of Valencia as we did and let the fresh air in! :-)

The staff is outstanding, professional and knowledgeable and able to suggest and offer help with anything we needed or for things we didn’t realize we wanted to do. The location is amazing and you can walk most places with lots of restaurants nearby. A quick and inexpensive taxi ride can take you anywhere else you may want to go. The rooms were always spotlessly clean. We have stayed twice in this hotel. If you want a better view of the square, request a room off the front of the hotel where we stayed our first visit. This time we stayed in a huge room with a balcony on a side street. Liked both locations for different reasons.

LOVE THIS HOTEL!! I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in March 2024. Location was amazing, right in the city center, easy walking distance to many places, including the Valencia Cathedral. Tons of restaurants, bars, shops. Hotel surprised me. I booked a ‘double room’ and walked in to find a suite…huge room, couch, desk/chair, closet, decent sized bathroom and kitchenette with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. No, I wasn’t upgraded…this is all in their double rooms! I arrived early and they checked me in right away. Room had 2 Juliet balconies with views of the square. Beautiful weather so I had both doors open while in the room. Breakfast was amazing too…hot and cold, breads, bakery items, fruit/veggies and great coffee. Staff was amazing as well…hotel is clean (like spotless clean…), updated and when not super busy, speedy elevators. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could…what a great find! Highly suggest staying here! Love Valencia!!

Location is everything with this hotel. Being able to go out on the balcony and look down on the hustle and bustle in the plaza below - both in the day and at night is fantastic (so book the slightly more expensive room to get this). The secondary double glazing kills all external noise really well. Room was a decent size, with nice size bathroom and lots of storage options. It's true that they don't replenish the tea / coffee or provide milk - but there is a vending machine by the lockers downstairs that produces a passable coffee - or do what we did and buy the bits and pieces at a supermarket and you're sorted for the week (fridge in room for milk). Staff were all very pleasant - although we are very low maintenance, so only really said hello and goodbye! Room was serviced very nicely each day. Didn't try breakfast as lots of options nearby - but always seemed popular with other guests.

The location of the hotel could hardly be better: on the Plaza Ajuntament. Our room faced the back of the building, which was better because it was less noisy. The room was adequately large, clean and comfortable. Although the hotel is only rated at ** it was worthy of ***. Very good value for money.

Our only complaint was about the coffee machine! Although it was nice to have one (and not all Spanish hotels do) it produced lukewarm drinks. The coffee pods and teabags were not replaced every day, which was annoying. However, this is hardly a major drawback.

Location is perfect! On a beautiful square with stunning old buildings, a fountain and many restaurants. It is also very convenient that the train station is a 5 minute walk away. We got our room with a wonderful view of the square. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, tasty food and good selection of local delicacies.

Our room was a bit too small and without soundproofing. It was clearly stated in our booking, so there are no complaints. But next time I'd choose a room with more space and with sound proof because we could hear guests from other rooms very well :)

The location was outstanding. Only a few minutes walks from Xativa Metro (and the rail Station). It was in a central plaza with access to buses in all directions. The staff were friendly and communicate well. My room was on the second floor and whilst cosy would have managed two people. The shower room was of a good size. It was cleaned daily. I had an outstanding view over Plaza de L'Adjuntament with its great fountain. The windows opened well but it was noise in the square until the early hours. The Aircon worked well although I did not manage to find a way to reduce the airflow. I enjoy my stay immencely.
