Very comfortable hotel close to the metro, bus station, shopping mall. Spacey room, wide (2*1 m) and comfortable beds. Very nice and attentive personnel. Super clean. Excellent outstanding breakfast with Cava ;), fresh orange juice, freshly ground coffee ! Very efficient kitchen service.

No fridge in Spain :::((( WiFi at the evenings was slow. Sound isolation absolutely absent :( The price is not encouraging :(Some signs of wear and the old construction are noticeable.

Best breakfasts. Great few nights stay. Right near the park, metro station and bus station.

There are no fridge and safe in the room.

Breakfast much better than many 5 star hotels. Inside of the hotel and rooms are much nicer than you would expect from the exterior of the hotel. Morning/evening views to the Park Turia-beautiful from the little balcony. Hotel’s location is also very good, if you know Valencia, its pretty close to the city center/old town.

Its has super thin walls you can hear all even someone snoring in the other rooms and bathrooms had super loud ventilation system once turning lights on.

Room size is very good, big and specious. Cleaning was done on daily basis. We checked in at 11 am and right away got our room, that was great to refresh a bit and go on city seeing. Breakfast is pure 10, especially cause they have machine for freshly squeezed orange juice.

Rooms could be renovated a bit, but even without that is OK. Room had safe box with key not with password and in order to use it you need to ask for key (old types of safebox). Staff on reception (women) both times when i needed help was ignoring me and helping people that came after me to reception that was a bit annoying and disrespectful. We asked for double bed but got twin.

A large hotel, quiet, right at the bus station. Late check-out and early check-in are available for an additional fee. The hotel offers the best breakfasts I've had in Spain: lots of delicious dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserts, detox. And the hotel has a wonderful restaurant with exquisite and delicious dishes, special thanks for the decoration

I chose a hotel with a 24-hour reception. Immediately after booking I received an automatic response that registration is not 24-hour. After correspondence, I was allowed to check in and out when I need. This is a large hotel with a full reception desk. When we arrived at 23:00, the reception and the bar were full of people. When we checked out at 1 am, there was a friendly attendant at the reception. That is, I did not understand at all what the problem is with 24-hour check-in and check-out, if the hotel has all the necessary conditions for this. And it is not clear why in the description of the hotel it is written that it has 24-hour reception and then write that check-in is limited in time

Hotel Turia boasts one of the best buffet breakfasts I've had in a very long time. There is a huge selection of food including international options. We very much appreciated the fact that the hotel is next to the Turia park; having the option to bike through the park (very green and with bike paths) to most neighborhoods of Valencia was great.

The staff was friendly, professional, and multilingual. At the same time in my experience they did not go out of their way in terms of providing recommendations when I asked them for touristic guidance. I went back to my room and looked on Google instead which was fine but this is an improvement I would suggest.

Spacious,clean room, located just at the outskirts of old town. Good public transport in the area. Good house keeping. Friendly staff.

My flight was delayed by 5 hours and I got a mail from the hotel that the booking would be cancelled if the payment /check in was not made by 8 pm. They sent a link to make the payment, didn't go through with multiple attempts. So I called them and it turned out to be an automated message that was sent to me and that the booking would not be cancelled. None the less it caused a bit of stress. No coffee machine or mini fridge in the room

Love the hotel, staff and very comfortable room and bed, also location for shopping and Turia Gardens. The up grading going on is also putting a nice smile on my face, and is really making a difference all round!!and will certainly be returning later in the year

I would like a mini fridge in the room as I like a cup of tea first thing and it is difficult to keep the milk fresh if you are there for a few days.And of course it would nice not to have to bring my own traveling kettle with me. One or two English TV channels would be a great added bonus even if there were a small charge to turn them on while you are staying there We had half board for the first time and thought it was all excellent value, mind you on the second night we were first in for dinner and the vegetables (plural) were already cold!! Cold mashed potato is not the most enjoyable way of eating it! But little price to pay being in a lovely friendly hotel like the Turia.

Near to the hotel, next to some trees, one can observe a small group of individuals loitering. While their outward demeanor appears tranquil, their demeanor doesn't entirely emanate a sense of reliability. This imparts a somewhat unsettling undertone to the vicinity, potentially affecting the area's overall sense of security - especially at night. The hotel should take charge and remove them.
