everything was absolutely amazing! We were met with a glass of cava upon arrival and the staff were super friendly. the interior looked good, clean and felt fresh. the rooms had all that you needed, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. amazing breakfast with everything you need and more. good location as well! what we will remember the most is how friendly everyone was, really amazing people working there. and the olives, oh my god. a must try. To sum up, one of the best places we have stayed at- and we are well travelled people! Thank you!

A fantastic hotel. An ideal position to get around and just a short walk right into the middle of all the bars, restaurants and things to see and do. The hotel is of great quality, very clean and modern with wonderful staff on hand 24/7. We went for a Premium Corner bedroom which was exceptionaly clean and tidy with probably the most comfortable beds that we've ever slept on. Four nights of perfect undisturbed sleep. Rooms are really well air-conditioned and it is so silent you would hardly know it was on. Excellent bathroom with fantastic shower. The bar on the roof was amazing with great service as ever and an excellent way to start every evening. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia.

Slightly short on storage and hanging space in the bedroom, but enough shelves to cope. Everything else was perfect.

We thought our room was very well and tastefully decorated and good quality towels , bed linen and toletries. We were given a welcome drink when we arrived and there were cakes and sweets available all the time to help ourselves in the hotel foyer. We were also given complementary water, beer and juice in our room, also chocolates and more sweets. The hotel receptionists and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel receptionist Silvia was especially helpful when we asked her any questions about the area.

There was a slight smell of a blocked drain outside which we could smell in our room but we put this down to being a hotel in a centre.

The property was clean, luxury standard, gorgeous view and with a fabulous location. The room was perfect size for a couple, room service was excellent and bed was very comfy! The hotel itself was beautiful with well mannered and helpful staff, best location with everything close by including metro and the rooftop lounge was just a cherry on the top.

Nothing much to complain as it was a pretty smooth stay. The breakfast could have more selection if needed to improve but whatever was served was delicious. Only thing missed was a bathrobe which was not given even in request. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Location excellent only 5/10 mins walk to old town & hotel beautiful. Reception staff so helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Room cleaned everyday & towels changed plus Rituals toiletries replenished. Would definitely recommend hotel & will stay again on next trip to Valencia.

Check out time 12 noon which was really good but option to extend till 2pm for fee of 30 euros was not worth it for just 2 hours . Appreciate hotel check in us at 3 pm for new guests but do think a shower room facility would be good as our flight was not till 10pm . Especially given the heatwave conditions too .

Nicely presented rooms. Lovely staff who are very welcoming and friendly. The welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch and they looked after our luggage before our check-in and after check-out, which was very much appreciated.

There was a strange smell on our floor and room. It felt like it needed better ventilation. Even though we had a Deluxe room, the room was rather small with very limited room for storage. The wardrobe had five hangers and now much room for anything else. Coffee pods were replaced daily but you only had two and replenishment of sweeteners and stirrers was very ad-hoc. I’m sure that if we asked, it would’ve been sorted but we shouldn’t have to.

Fantastic location, close to the old town and very central for exploring the sites. Staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Our trip was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the staff very kindly had left us a bottle of fizz in our room and scattered rose petals (material ones) on the bed for our arrival - a lovely touch.

Breakfast was very expensive at €16 per person. For what was on offer. We discovered a little cafe directly across the road from the hotel which served an excellent breakfast for €4.50 and we went there every morning. Great if breakfast is included in your room rate, otherwise nip across the street!

We had such a nice stay here. Every single member of the hotel staff was so friendly to us. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, thank you so much! We never stayed in a room that was so spotlessly clean. The whole hotel was nicely furnished and decorated. Breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from and their cheesecake is to die for! They make your eggs on request, so no overly baked dry eggs here! We also had a cocktail on the lovely rooftop. It is a short walk to the city center and to the metro stop. Finally, we also had diner in the restaurant. The food was really good and the waiter was so nice! We will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you again!

The hotel is in a good location to explore Valencia. About 5 mins to hire bikes and explore the park area and 15 mins to walk most of the attractions and restaurants. The rooms are on the small side but are modern and clean, with a nice bathroom and great shower . Our bed was super comfy with great bedding. All the hotel team were friendly, helpful and worked hard at the hotel. There is a roof top bar which is great for sunset drinks or passing time when your flight is a late one ! Definitely recommend.

The roof top pool is a bit like a fish tank but we were not there to swim, so only a minor thing.

We recently stayed at the hotel and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The location of the hotel was perfect - close to many shops and restaurants, and with easy access to public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a positive and enjoyable stay in Valencia.
