The location for the collection of the keys was about 300 yards from the property. If you didn't do your homework, it may be quite difficult to find the location. However, we found it as we had googled it prior to travel. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.

The accommodation was self-catering, it was very clean and very pleasant, well located to the centre, and in walking distance of the tourist attractions. It was comfortable, tidy and had all everything required for a long stay, i.e. washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, hob, cutlery, towels etc. The beds were perfect, great night's sleep.

Location close to city centre, within walking distance. Adequate space for 3 or 4 persons. Clean and tidy with all necessary amenities. Super comfortable beds including sofa bed. Luggage hold option is a big plus too

Would have preferred a tumble dryer and a modern Coffee machine option. Tends to get a bit noisy early in the morning but still the experience overall was positive

Verry close to mercado central, lots of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and market. We traveld by bus 95 to reach the marina and the beaches or 73 from bio parc (both verry close to The apartament ) The Turia parc is at verry short distance. The checkin was easy and the personal nice and receptive to our needs. The apartament has all the facilities (2 adults and one child) I higly recomend.

The ventilation in the bathroom must be improved or better cleanded.

- Stuff was very friendly and polite. We got the apartment 3 hours before the check-in time - Thanks to the air control unit, it was warm enough inside - The building was very quite.

- It wasn’t quite clean, a lot of dust on the floor - One of the wall in the living room seemed quite fragile, made up of something like plasterboard. We could hear some noise from the outside and feel the cold from outside coming inside. Also, we could see directly outside through the plasterboard jointing. - Sometimes, in the upstairs lobby, it smelled like vinegar - The location is far from any public transportation. Also, the area is quite deserted, without many people, shops, restaurants, etc

The apartment is spacious and clean, completely sufficient for a family. Excellent location - within walking distance of the main attractions. Quick and hassle-free check-in thanks to the instructions provided. It is furnished with everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. It would be very helpful if small supplies such as napkins and kitchen paper were provided.

The property was very well positioned for exploring this wonderful city - it was also just a taxi ride to an excellent beach. We had a duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms which was ideal for our party of 2 couples. Thee were also 2 balconies. The apartment was exceptionally clean with quality bedding and towels. It was very comfortable and everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend.

Mostly the excellent location . Quiet, but near all the main central sites of interest, with great little local shops, bars and places to eat. Flat, easy walking everywhere.Simple basic accommodation, easy to use little kitchen. We felt safe and secure.

Just a few minor things: Better corkscrew! Small bowls for nibbles and olives etc. A couple of colourful cushions for the couch and hard seats! We never met any staff or other residents..but it was early in the season.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds and goid quality bed linen and towels.Good air con. Lovely staff, very obliging and luggage storage on departure day.

Not that we didn't like it but just the bedroom was a bit small but there was good wardrobe space. Also the shower unit is a little bit small.But it was still adequate. That said we would recommend it to our friends and come back ourselves.

Great property, very clean and in a great location in the old town, plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and getting access when we arrived on a late flight was made very easy. We would definitely stay again.

The only issue we had was noise early in the morning, from the bin lorries emptying the communal bins outside, but maybe this was just the days we were staying.

Good location, very clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. Friendly and helpful staff.

The one-bedroom apartment is not really big, but it is comfortable enough for a short stay.
