The room was spacious enough, it had where to put your all your stuff comfortably, it was clean, the staff were really nice, it is a 15 minutes walk from the closest beach. The bathroom was spacious enough too. The breakfast was great and not very expensive and the restaurant at all was very good. We came early so we left our luggage which was quite convenient. The closest metro station (which leads to the airport - No 5) is 6 minutes walk away.

There is a building site just accross the street which woke us up really early even on Saturday. Sunday they didn't work :) Maybe it will be also useful if the hotel rented beach towels, just as a suggestion, not as a minus.

Great hotel, interesting concept, very helpful and responsive team at the reception (24h open), big, comfy and clean room, good location, AC in the room. The team from the reception got in touch even before arrival and responed on all questions very quickly. That was a very nice introduction and first impression, which they only confired and reinforced in person.

Could not stay longer. Only the room was positioned in such way that you can not really see much of the sky. No big deal, since there is so much to see in the city, that you won't spend much time in the hotel anyway.

This place is a great place to stay in Valencia - El Cabanyal. Only few blocks from the beach of Valencia, with pretty good variety of restaurants nearby. Also specialty coffee shops only two blocks away. The hotel itself is a fully refurbished old building and the interior designers did a very good job preserving parts of the old building here and there. It brings a very comfortable feeling and it is super cozy. The food in the restaurant is nice, there is a backyard space to chill, have a drink or have something to eat. Everybody was very very polite and helpful.

The hallway doors in the corridors upstairs and the room doors are a bit noisy when opened/closed. This could easily ruin your sleep. It will be really in the guests favour if the management does something about it.

Perfect location, not in the immediate center so a bit more peaceful area but very good bus and metro connections to everywhere. The staff was great. Tidy room and looks like the pictures. Great breakfast and the hotel has also a restaurant downstairs. Extremely good value for money.

I would have liked to know about the huge construction work on the other side of the road. I saw it was mentioned in some previous reviews but I imagined it was over already. Something that big should be mentioned on the description or something. It was impossible to sleep after 8 o’clock.

Great design and wonderful atmosphere. Lots of great homely touches in the lounge and dining areas. Wonderful covered outdoor dining area. 15 minutes walk to the beach and loads of trendy restaurants and bars nearby.

The bedroom lacked a few things. No glasses or cups in the room. No facilities to make tea or coffee. The building opposite is under renovation and it’s not a great view. Plus building works started early on Saturday morning.

Really nice modern, large and comfortable rooms. Rooms look the same as the pictures. Great location for beach goers, only a 15 min walk from the beach. Also, only a 5 minute walk to a large supermarket & metro which takes you into the city in 10 minutes. Nice gravity shower. Smart TV in the room with Netflix/Prime etc. connected. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast was really nice but the menu is limited and could be improved upon. The hotel is not located in the most aesthetic neighbourhood but that is the trade off for being close to the beach!

lovely boutique style hotel - very nice breakfast, comfortable big bed, good shower and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant on site is nice. Nice courtyard area out the back for breakfast and lounging. Good location for a walk to the marina/beach area in about 15mins.

There is construction underway directly opposite the hotel and it is noisy in the morning if you are staying in the rooms facing it and want to sleep in.

Although not in the centre of the city, its is located in a very beautiful and colorfull neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Its not actually a hotel, but a restaurant (with no ventilation - always stinks) which has some rooms to rent. This means that there no lobby, no breakfast room (the breakfast is seved through restaurant and is very poor, expensive and not even decent) The room was extremery humid with no access to the sunlight.

Highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Valencia. The location is in a lovely local town El Cabanyal, which used to be an old fisherman’s village. Colourful buildings, lovely authentic restaurants and just 15 mins walk to the beach. The quality of seafood around here is exceptional (highly recommend the Kimchee Squid at Lindala Restobar, the Bluefin tuna tacos at Sabbia by the beach or the paella at La Pepica by the beach). The hotel is outside of the city - we tended to opt for the 1hr walk into Valencia as it’s a lovely route through Turia Gardens or the suburbs, but the Maritim metro station is just 5 mins walk away and well connected. The hotel decor is real boho chic & the converted warehouse turned courtyard is a lovely, peaceful place to sit and have a drink in the afternoon, or to come for evening drinks at night as the hotel’s restaurant is really popular! We paid for a superior room and there was more than enough space along with handy toiletries inc. toothpaste and a large comfy bed. The staff were lovely & whoever was doing the night shift at reception always said hello and asked how we were. We had breakfast twice while we were here & it was such good value for money & lots of nice choice. Really can’t wait to come back - we absolutely loved it!

Absolutely nothing! We just regret not trying the food at the restaurant sooner - it’s fantastic!

I liked everything really. There wasnt anything I didnt like. Being ubber critical.. Id say The beds were OK. Decent. Clean. Comfy enough. Although I must say, I have slept in better (but I am extremely fussy when it comes to my bed). This was the only thing that was neutral for me. I wouldn't say I didn't like the bed. Adequate enough for our 3 night stay and completely fine and did what they said on the tin. But not luxurious. Like 8 out of 10. For the money we paid ? I'd would go back / return. Plus Valencia, it's AMAZING and well worth the visit.
