It's a brand-new hotel with friendly staff. Big thanks to manager Diana to help me contact a photo centre and for the bottles of water. They have a lift and wide rooms with a separation between the living zone and the sleeping zone. All facilities you need including a kitchen and kitchenettes. A big plus - the metro station is a 3 min walk out of the hotel, the supermarket - is 7 min from the hotel, sea - is 20 min from the hotel. I bought a metro card "simple SUMA 10" at the metro station in the airport with 10 trips for 3 days and travelled through the city by metro, tram and bus - it was very comfortable.

📍 The location: 2 mins from metro station, 5 mins from Lidl, 25 mins walking to Malvarrosa beach. 📍 Facilities, including toster and coffee machine (although coffee machine with capsules would have been a better choice rather than the simple one). 📍 Clean and fresh room, kitchen available. 📍 A very good shower with water super pressure. 📍 Easy check-in without obstacles and waitings. 📍 Was not noisy. 📍 Staff and communication.

The place could have provided a bottle of water, 2 packs of coffee and salt. These basics don't cost much for the place, but are great help to tourists, especially who are coming after flights, tired and thirsty 🤯

A spacious and light, well-equipped, nicely furnished apartment 5 mins from the underground station, with strong wifi.

This was the only place during our holiday in Spain when we had to pay in advance and before moving in, an additional EUR 200 amount was reserved on my credit card. I understand that they have the right to do so but it was not communicated clearly on their Booking-page that later they would bombard me with emails and messages asking for my credit card number. I do not think it is acceptable to ask for credit card deatils via email or Whatsup. Finally, they did the reservation on our arrival...

The location was close to the metro as well as easy access on the tram to the beach. It was very clean and the inside of the building is bright and fresh. I would stay here again.

There was no hot water one of the mornings. It is not very central so not recommended for someone coming in do to a quick visit to Valencia to do the touristy things. There is not much around the hotel/suites so is really a destination place to stay if you have something specific you need to do/see in the area.

The location is near the Metro which has a direct connection to the Airport a 35-minute journey on Line 5 making it very accessible. It's only a 20-minute walk to the beautiful beaches.

Our room was a triple with the 3 single beds very close together. There was a tiny table between two and one alongside the third, however, they were so small there was barely room for two phones. It would also have been helpful if there were drawers in addition to the wardrobe for storage purposes.

Great location - next to metro station, aside from the noisy streets, walking distance from major supermarkets. The kitchen is well equipped, everything was basically new in the apartment. The bed is super comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the sofa bed as well. One of the best places you can stay in Valencia :)

Great location, 5 minutes from Maritim Metro. The metro trip into town is about 20 minutes. You can walk to the beach, it takes about 20 minutes. Property is clean and has very needed air conditioning Easy self check in Free lockers for luggage storage Great value

The only small issue was that there was no cleaning service during the stay. The cleaning is only before moving in and that's it. The place overall highly recommend.

All was amazing, the location is perfect, the rooms are brand new and everything is on point.

The particular street the suites are situated in is somewhat secluded, but still quite central and close to the promenade.

Good size for 5 people, walking distance from the beach, good air conditioning and super clean!

We found there were not many bars/restaurants within walking distance so in the evenings we had to take taxi's to more lively areas
