The location is perfect. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around, walking distance to beach with again a hustle and bustle of cafeterias and cervezerias before reaching the tourist traps at the beach. Of you have a room with view of the square you're in for a treat in the morning and at night. Beautiful. Beds were fine, facilities ok. I wouldn't mind staying here again. Staff, a 10+!

The hotel is not 4 stars at all, not even by Spanish standards. A 3 star, sure, but 4 is reaching. The rooms are dated but clean. They've tried to modernise it by using a fresh coat of paint but that doesn't hide the age of the hotel. Having said that, all this is no issue if you don't intend to spend much time in the room. Breakfast is ridiculous. Plenty of breakfast bars around that offer more (and higher quality) for half the price (literally) than the small buffet.

The hotel was a very positive surprise for me.The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is not exactly at the beach,more near to the port of Valencia, but the beach itself is 10 minutes by foot to reach (with a bus even faster!) .There are plenty of bus stops, restaurants and coffees nearby. You can reach the main attractions easily with the public transportation. There are a church and a fountain in front of the hotel, which make the experience even more special.The water of the fountain can be heard even on the 7th floor! The rooms are with a normal size, the beds are comfortable, The cleaning service very good too.

The only comment I would like to make is about the WIFI as it should have more strong signal and maybe to play some soft music in the background when having breakfast and add more fresh vegitables to it (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.).

The room and view was great! The front desk staff and cafe workers were super friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the EMT bus stop which was convenient. The cleaning staff were also super thorough.

The wifi only ever sporadically worked in our room, which was frustrating. We had to go to the lobby or the 2nd floor restaurant to access it. Some things in the room were a bit falling apart like the towel rack in the bathroom, and the desk lamp that would turn off it you walked too hard and shook the floor.

The staff were excellent, helpful,location is good but not the best in the city.I would say good for the money though. Despite the small problems with the room below Carolina was a shining star and was extremely helpful and sympathetic. Plus the cafe in the lobby was very nice.

Our initial room had ripped Blinds, no Air Con and a broken light, having said that the hotel staff were very quick to swap us to another room the following morning, Carolina was extremely helpful and sympathetic.Thank You Carolina. The new room was perfectly ok. Also on a Sunday its Church and the bells are extremely noisy and right opposite the hotel, so if you stay Saturday - Sunday prepare for a morning of constant bell ringing from 3am - 12pm!!!

Location is fantastic, facing a beautiful square shared with a church (Santa María del Mar) and an exhibition center (Atarazanas del Grao), both worth visiting. During Easter some of the processions pass right in front of the hotel, which is quite nice to watch for those interested. It takes just 5min walk to the harbor (really beautiful area) and less than 15min to the beach. At the same time, it's located in an urban area, not overly touristic and very well connected with the rest of the city. There are many bars and restaurants around (we loved Cafe MiKENGO). Rooms are spacious and bright (at least the one we had: room 505). Closet is very large. We had twin beds placed side by side and they were very comfortable. Views to the church and square were really beautiful from our room. Reception area is nice and with a little cafe plus terrace, which is very convenient. They will soon open a rooftop bar which I'm sure will be great. Finally, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Reception is open 24h and they are always happy to help and give you tips and recommendations. Special thanks to Ramon Gracia, head of reception, and to the cleaning staff. They made us feel like at home.

Facilities are quite outdated. The elevator is old and noisy. The acoustic isolation between the room and the corridor is poor. The bathroom is also outdated and has an impractical distribution. It would be much better if they removed the bidet and replaced the bathtub (small and with a huge faucet that limits movement) with a modern and simple shower. Pillow covers were a bit small and didn't fully cover the ends of the pillows. WiFi was not working very well in our room. TV could be larger but Valencia has so much to offer that we didn't care about this at all.

We had very good room with a very nice view of the church and nice origami swan towel The receptionist were very good, knowledgeabl, professional and the lady who checked us in congratulated us on our anniversary along with welcome drinks. The bed was nice king bed and massive window but some part of it need upgrading such us painting, new furniture and small maintenance. Overall i we will return for location, service and affordability. I would recommend this to anyone and we will stay again in the future.

The hotel staff were super friendly and went above and beyond from the day we arrived until the day we left. They even gave us an upgrade to the junior suite which was fabulous. The king size bed was huge and so comfortable. The hotel is in a fabulous location close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The marina and 3 gorgeous beaches are only 10 minutes walk away and the port is just a short walk away. The Sky bar was perfect to chill,have a drink and enjoy the views of the city. The hotel was super clean and we had housekeeping and fresh towels etc every day. The metro station and tram stops are a short walk away and there are bus stops located very close to the hotel. Taxi's from the hotel to the city, old town and other attractions are very reasonably priced. We loved our 7 day stay at the Sea You Hotel and didn't want to leave. It was perfect and we had the most amazing holiday. We will definitely stay again next time we return to Valencia!

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. We couldn't fault it.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, considering that there are roads all around, and in front of the hotel, there is a square with an old church and a museum. The view from the glassed-in breakfast room on the first floor is exceptional, the menu is diverse, and the staff serves espresso coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice with great kindness.

The room is like in the pictures. :) The staff were very nice. :) The cleaners refreshed the room every day and changed all towels. :) The bar is on the roof and has an excellent view of the city. :)

There is not a large selection of breakfast dishes. :( There is no free parking space for the hotel. :( Parking is not free in the nearby streets. :( The nearest free parking is about 800 meters away. However, it is very difficult to find free space there. :(

Good location for the beech and bus stop for the city just around the corner . The staff are very friendly and spoke good English and room was very comfortable with good air conditioning.

Not a lot to dislike just looking a bit tired in places .
