The proximity of the hotel was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. Melissa's local knowledge was particularly excellent. Clean and functional room. Bright and clean breakfast area with good quality continental breakfast provided. The room was clean and functional. It was also very quiet, especially considering the hotel was situated on a busy main road.

The base of the bed was sticking out inches beyond the foot of the mattress. As it was made of metal you had to be especially careful not to stub your toe when passing by. The area between the foot of the bed and wall was quite tight.

The location was great for walking around the city. The 24h reception is very usefull and the staff was very helpful every time. The room was clean and had enough storage space for suitcases and clothes (altdough it was exclusively open shelves, it did not give the feeling that it was messy). The breakfast was fresh (even if it did not change from one day to the next). I appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice.

The door of the room had no soundproofing properties at all, the air conditioning wasn’t silent enought to use it during the night.

Great location with city center near by, shops, mall, restaurants, everything in short distance , friendly staff, clean room, nice bathroom, nice design of the room with plenty of storage options for its size

It was pretty hot inside, the A/C was blowing fresh air but not cold enough and the themorstat was pretty useless as only on/off function was working. The temp inside was around 23/24 while outside there were days with 20 and 30 max. It was unpleasant for us. I also think the breakfast could be improved by adding vegetables, there were no vegetables only fruits.

Rooms were nice. Location right in the city centre. Paid parking is available across the street. No point in validating the packing ticket - there was no one at the parking to show it to. Really nice beds and bathrooms

The elevator did not look like trustworty. I chose to use the stairs more often, as when we arrived, there were people stuck in it and I definitely did not want that experience.

The location is excellent , very close to Colon metro and within a 15 minute walk to all the sights in the old town. There is a large supermarket across the street as well as a department store. Best part are the front desk personnel, especially Celia who was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms are a bit compact, but more than adequate for a short stay. Would have appreciated a kettle in the room, but the breakfast crew was happy to provide hot water in the morning if you had your own tea/coffee setup.

Location was perfect, at the opposite of the metro, coming from the airport. Room was very large, the bed was also very large and comfotable, bathroom maybe al little small,, but clean and nice shower. We for a quiet room (no city view), so we got at the 8th. floor, which was a little complicated to reach by 2 elevators, or stairs. Not a nice view from the windows, but we didn't care, it was so quiet.

We were missing a coffee/tea maker. And glasses/cups in the bathroom

the hotel is really good , in the center of valencia and it’s near everything , the guys in the reception are amazing especially adrian and bagdan , adrian is an amazing receptionist, he checked me in quickly and explained everything , he is such a great image for spain because he gave me very good impression about this amazing country after the airport staff who were very nice as well and gave me lots of advices , after few days i met bagdan and he recommended me so many good restaurants and some other places to go , the girls who worked in the morning were so nice and everytime i ask for sonething they bring it to my room within two minutes and even less , i recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit valencia , the rooms are clean and stylish and very comfortable, we slept really good and housekeeper did her job perfectly , i didn’t want to leave but i will definitely come back next year to this hotel .

Great location, very nice room with a large, comfortable bed. Good breakfast and excellent customer service from staff at breakfast and at reception throughout the stay.

The floor in the room was dirty and hadn’t been properly washed or vacuumed before my stay. The room I stayed in was internal so there was no view and there were swarms of flies outside the window, so couldn’t open them.

Exceptional location, metro, train station, shopping street and mall, grocery, pharmacy, sightseeings all on a short walking distance. Good, updated shower. Fresh towels. Simple breakfast. Basically, the room is not for spending much time in it but due to location it's quite convenient.

The room was basic, small and dark, safe did not work, floors outdated and felt dirty, no coffee or tea in the room or full size mirror, shaky elevator that gets stuck periodically.

The position for seeing the sights is perfect The reception staff were great and let us book into our rooms early The room was very clean and bathroom great The bed was very comfy and large

The frame to the bed made it easy to catch your leg and the TV frame stuck out making the space at the bottom of the bed very narrow. coffee facilities in the room would have been useful
