Great room. General decor and atmosphere of the hotel. Felt luxury for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfy bed. Nice personal touch for anniversary.

Rooftop and bar was not open for residents for large parts of stay.

Hotel is in a very central location very close to the old town. Hotel was fabulous and our room was beautiful. We had breakfast included and there was a fabulous selection of juices, cereals, breads, sweet treats, cold meats, yogurt, fruits and cheeses. There was also a hot food menu which had a great selection. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. My daughter and I had a fabulous time 😍.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location just five minutes walk from the Metro (Colon), giving direct transfer for the airport in 22 mins (3€) and only 10-15 minutes walk to historic centre or lovely cafes/restaurants of Ruzafa district. Comfortable rooms with great beds - we stayed in a larger premium room at the rear which was very quiet (312). Lovely breakfast with hot food made to order, on request. Nice sun terrace on roof with cocktail bar, open from 17.00

Paper cups for tea/coffee in rooms. The Piano Bar and Sky Bar terrace were hired out for private functions on Wednesday night and Saturday lunchtime so not available for our use - though appreciate that these are times when guest usage may be lower and that the hotel needs to recoup revenue post Covid.

Excellent location, fabulous breakfast, very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. Issue with our room which was solved very quickly and politely. Fabricio, front of house as well as reception staff were excellent!

Our room was a bit dark with only one window. A bit noisy as I am a light sleeper, it was located at the front of the hotel, my fault for not requesting a quiet room! Reception staff did their best to relocate us but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, and the room available was a downgrade and not to our liking.

There is Nescafé expresso machine and teapot in the room. The king bed is large with high quality mattress. Very good location on main street with chic shops, near shopping mall and next to the old town. Access to the beach and museum of science by direct bus lines. There are two direct subway lines to the airport with the station which is a couple of minutes from the hotel ( but we paid $19 Euro for a taxi). The front desk staff are extremely nice and helpful.

No iron available in the room. The room is small.

Very friendly and professional staff. The hotel room and bed was extremely comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. And the lift mats are changed daily to remind you of what day it is. The hotel location is spot on; very convenient.

Hotel parking is expensive. We parked in the Colon Car Park which is 10 minutes away and almost half the price.

Very dark inside. Little natural light throughout the hotel. Lacked fresh air due to having ‘internal’ room.

Staff was very friendly. Our air conditioning was not working. We mentioned it on our way out and when we came back it had already been checked and we had received a letter that we would be able to switch rooms the next day. Everything went very smoothly. The interior is very tasteful. Breakfast was delicious. We also really enjoyed having a drink at the roof top bar.

The rooms were quite warm even though it wasn't very hot outside. The air conditioning (in the new room) was blowing the air quite strongly at the bed, even on lowest fan setting, so we were not able to keep it on during the night.

The staff on reception were very helpful. All staff were friendly. The room was very comfortable. And clean. Very good location, close to the centre. Breakfast was good, a varied choice, fruit, cereal, bread etc. Plus hot food freshly cooked. As a couple we enjoyed our stay

One complaint, there is only one channel on the tv in English, and that is bbc world news. I know you dont expect a lot of channels in English, one more perhaps films or entertainment channel. It was mainly Spanish, which you expect, but the rest were in German. Not a big complaint, just a suggestion

Parking location was accessible directly from the Hotel and provided a secure garage for our car. Not cheap, but worth it. Terrace rooftop bar was a great getaway spot in the evening and the limited menu was surprisingly good. The breakfast buffet is impressive but pricey if you only lean towards a small, continental type of breakfast like we do.

It would have been nice to have the on site Kamikaze restaurant open for an evening dinner as the menu looked terrific. But at the time we stayed there it was only open for lunch times apparently.
