Location is in Ruzafa area, about 700m from the tourist side of town. Lots of resto and bar where valencians hang out... from paella resto, fusion, filipino resto, supermarket and coffee shops are available within the vicinity of the hotel. you can borrow the hotel bicycles too for free.

If youre a tourist who wants to go the attractions, the location of the hotel is about 1km away from it. 800m away from train station..(Estancia de Nord) Not an easy walk if youre hauling a big luggage.

The room (17 m²) was a perfect size for our 6 day holiday: modern, high ceiling, comfy bed and a nice modern shower. The breakfast was varied and the coffee good. The location was also perfect for reaching the old historic center on foot. There are nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel.The hotel offers the use of free bicycles (simple), which we used twice, to explore the park and coast line (46 km). The staff, esp. Miriam, were so informative and helpful. We appreciated the friendly manner of all the staff!

Everything was perfect! We arrived late at night and a kind receptionist was expecting us. The room was so quiet and the beds so comfortable that we could sleep until late in the morning! The bathroom was so clean and modern with decorative tiles! Right in the heart of Ruzafa, we could get a coffee or drink in a few minutes. The hotel is a 20' walk from the city center so we could move around on foot. Valencia is such a beautiful city and choosing such a good hotel made the whole experience wonderful!

An exceptional Hotel in every aspect. Staff were welcoming and friendly in every department. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was exemplary. Room was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate with excellent shower. The provided little extras were a bonus and a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent with a number of options hot and cold and healthy options. A very well thought out hotel catering for everyones needs. The hotel is well located to the Metro/ Train Station with easy link to Airport and within walking distance to all the attractions. I would certainly stay here again.

If I could have stayed longer....

We had a quad room, it was spacious for a hotel. The beds were clean and comfortable. We got some of the best sleep we have had in a while. We had 2 balconies overlooking multiple small restaurants, so you really got a feel of the Rufaza neighborhood which was quant, but also bustling in the afternoon and evening. The noise outside was completely cancelled out when we shut the balcony doors. Breakfast was perfect, so many options. We had 2 small children and it felt very safe. It was walking distance to old town, central park, and both train stations which made it ideal for us. The staff went above and beyond for us multiple times.

This location is absolutely great. The Russafa location was 1/2 block from the bus to the central market and a 10 minute Uber to the Main train station. The area is filled with phenomenal food opportunities. This is a great value. Clean, adequate, great service and help/enthusiastic staff. The building is old but has great updates. We did not get the breakfast option because there were nice places within walking distance to get food.

Nice hotel in a good area, just a few minutes outside the most touristy part of the centre. Very friendly staff. Rooms a bit outdated, nothing special but also not bad.

My main problem was the price. I would call this an average, modest (yet good) hotel, but the price was what you would expect for a far more luxurious place. I could not find a cheaper room though, so no choice. Guess Valencia has become such a popular destination that hotels can charge whatever they want.

The location is perfect, if one is traveling by train. Very close to the train station and not far from the city center. The possibility of getting a free bike makes it easier to go to the beach for the day. Breakfast was very good, lots of healthy food and very delicious!

The smallest rooms have a window to a small "back yard" where one barely see the sky so not much ventilation possible. But for traveling alone for a couple of nights it didn't bother me at all :)

Marta, the receptionist, was very welcoming and helpful. The check in and check out we're fast and easy. They have free coffee and tea in the receptionist from 13:00-00:00 which was a nice touch. The location is great. Nice, hip neighborhood near downtown Valencia. The room has nice shampoo, lotion, conditioner...

In the morning we got woken up by the cleaner slamming the doors of the other rooms on the floor. The TV remote control was very dirty and the tv was small and old. The room was small.

The hotel is very central so you can reach everything by foot. The room was pretty big and they offered complimentary water and dental kits which we appreciated. The staff was nice and welcoming.

The room we received, had an extra bed on one of the walls, even though we were 2 adults. It did not look the nicest when put up on the wall, and downgraded the room a lot. We only booked as an intermediary stop betweem our final location, so it was not a big inconvenience, but for more than 1 night, I would not like it.
