We were in Room 203 which must be the best room in hotel as to front with view of square and appears to have largest floor plan. Was a delight to stay here. All the staff we dealt with went above and beyond to help us, from the lady who checked us in who was so friendly and welcoming to the man the next morning who phoned the tourist iffice to check location if bus stop for us. The breakfast was worth the cost as buffet with cereals, fruit and yogurt in addition to usual bread, cheese, ham and cakes. Was nice to have option that wasnt just bread based.

You have to buzz to get in and someone may not be available immediately to answer if you are earlier than stated check in time. We sat out in sunshine in bar beside entrance so wasnt an issue for us and they were able to give us a room before 2pm.

Location was excellent right in the middle of the town. The beds were very comfy and lovely pillows. The bathroom was a good size and the shower excellent. The staff at reception were very helpful. We stayed two nights as we had a rest day and it was the perfect spot.

We had a small amount of washing to do and we were charged for two lots when it could have been put into one.

Excellent hotel located on the central plaza. Sparkling clean room with nice decor, great bathroom with shower, hairdryer, makeup mirror, and soft-close toilet seat. Great lighting in the room, air-conditioning is easily controlled in room (unlike some hotels where you can’t really adjust thectemperature), laundry service (fee) was convenient, quick, and well-done. Breakfast (fee) was nice - breads, ham, cheese, cereals, fruits, juice and yogurt, postre. Good variety of restaurants just outside the door on the central square

Location was fantastic in main square. Restaurants and cafés all within minutes. Comfortable spacious room with great views. Two big single beds together made for a huge double. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Parking was not a problem although not at hotel it was free onstreet parking. Lovely view from room.

No breakfast available at hotel but plenty of places open early.

The location was exceptional. Located in the plaza area with restaurants, bars, banks right there. The man that checked us in and ran the breakfast room was professional and friendly.

The room was very nice. The one detail that dinged it was a bed pillow/sham very dirty with multiple types of hair and a ragged torn side. It's really too bad because otherwise, stellar room!

The room looked out on to the Plaza Mayor. The room was comfortable and included a tub in the bathroom. The hotel is small with only 10-12 rooms. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor and we lovely as well. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel find.

The location of Hotel Plaza Mayor was good and owners and staff helpful and friendly. Some English spoken with varying degrees of competency all better than my limited Spanish.

Our room faced west so hot. The air conditioning worked only when we were in the room. As in most places in Spain nowhere to open a suitcase except on the floor. Luggage racks would improve guests’ comfort. Access to the car park was very narrow and needed a second person to guide the driver.

Good location and very clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent.

This accommodation was very expensive for what you got. We have stayed in many similar, centrally located places for much less in the 27 days so far on the Camino - for that price - not even a fridge in the room.

I had a bath. Great to get the dust and aches out of the body. A little luxury.

Reception staff had little English, or little interest in using it. I might have bought dinner and breakfast if I had understood what was on offer. Ditto laundry. Lonely experience.

This place is located right in the Plaza Mayor. It is clean, comfortable and the view is quite amazing. The breakfast was very good with lots of fruit options and cold cuts and cheeses. They had water, juice and the coffee was really tasty. The price was only $10 euros.

The water pressure in the shower/ bath was not very good which surprised me for being such a nice place.
