Well appointed room, great restaurant for dinner, didn't stay for breakfast

I LOVE the bathtubs in Paradors but, like all Paradors, the liquid soap and shampoo are mounted high on the for the convenience of people who take showers. They are totally out of reach for people who want to enjoy a bath and it is inconvenient at best and dangerous at worst to attempt to access them when seated in the tub.

Nice big bedroom with jacuzzi, spacious reception area. Lovely sitting room where guests could lounge about . Good indoor pool with hydraulic jets , great for soothing weary travellers who’d been walking on the Camino . Nice relaxing loungers and underfloor heating . Outdoor pool was not open yet Bar area was welcoming with comfortable seating areas and also a good choice of drinks and snacks. The raspberry cheesecake is definitely the best I’ve ever tasted . There was a good sense of space in the hotel Breakfast was excellent as was the service . We had a meal the previous evening and I disappointed here because the food was very well presented but it was cold . I think that if they just heated the plates it would have made a difference. Overall I was very pleased with my stay

The hotel is on the edge of the old town in a quiet location. It's a modern building but very nicely built to recall some of the features of a much older building. The rooms are lovely and the dining room, bar and sitting rooms and terraces are all very nicely laid out. The service is friendly and attentive. The food in the dining room and the selection of local dishes and wines is excellent. I was walking the Camino with my son and we found it a very convenient stop-over and added a bit of luxury to our trip.

some little touches were missing e.g.a bottle of water in the bedroom. Also breakfast not starting til 8 was disappointing tho a decent picnic breakfast was provided

Perfect place to have a complete rest after a long walk. No need to venture out, good food available, swimming pool and very comfortable room. Staff are particularly helpful.Appreciated the pre arrival communications we had about the room, and the receptionist showed me how to make the lights etc work .Very kind, helpful attention.

This is a Parador so it would be nice to see more Spanish influences in the decor, grounds, architecture, but this is a modern building unlike others in the Paradorbfamily. Not a criticism, just an observation.

pool times not clear and laundry service did not do 24 hour service although the papers say they do.

large comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice amenities. I booked this last-minute because I needed a comfortable place to sleep. It met those needs. Heater worked well.

it's a bit out of the way of the town center, but the town is small so it's not a problem. just be aware that it's not right in town

The location is great and the ambience was even greater. It felt like a modern palace!

We walked for 25km looking forward to the pool but after we checked in and showered, we went down to the pool only to realize we missed it by a few minutes. Bad timing I suppose.

Suite was awesome! Generous sized tub, double sink in the bathroom with ample counter space. Sitting area with TV and bed made up with the extra pillows that we had requested using booking messenger! Front desk staff was excellent. Excellent suggestions for sights to see and recommended a new restaurant in town. Helped us book hotel rooms in two towns where Booking.com said there was no availability. We heard the indoor pool was a must see, but we missed it. Breakfast was one of the most leisurely and enjoyable of our vacation.

My only critical feedback focuses on the lighting in the diningroom and bar. It was so bizarre at 10pm at night to sit in the bar with flourescent lights at full beam. So much attention was given to every other detail at the facilities, but the lighting in the dining room and bar needs to be dimmed at night... also, perhaps creating cozy and "CoVID friendly" spaces by using "shogi screen" dividers or plants and floor lamps could create a more welcoming atmosphere in the common spaces.

good size and clean rooms. wry friendly staff going out of their way to accommodate to your needs when one of use was sick they made special meals. nice menu in restaurant
