Absolutely fantastic apartment with amazing sea views for all of us. Location, views, facilities and friendliness, helpfulness of the staff was just great and made our stay very pleasant and relaxing - we will definitely be back to stay and will tell our friends about the Blue Line.

The ONLY thing we did not like was the fact that we were told that the apartment would be cleaned twice a week. However, there was no cleaning done at all. We had asked for the outside area to definitely be cleaned early on in our stay as there had been a storm before we arrived and there was dust all over the outdoor furniture. However, this was not done until 2 days before the end or our holiday. We couldn't sit outside - we would have actually been more than happy to keep the apartment clean ourselves but there was no dustpan/brush or hoover around to enable this. We did advise Blueline of this at check out and they were surprised themselves and confirmed they would advise Housekeeping. So-way may have just been unlucky with this aspect.

The communal areas and apartment were spotless and so beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool and the area around it. Always plenty of sun beds but the balcony of the apartment also had sun beds to relax on. The staff were very friendly and always helpful when we needed it. The location of the apartment is stunning. It is a very quiet place and was ideal for me and my wife to relax. It was a short walk into town and to the beach but we also hired a car to explore further afield which we enjoyed. Parking around the hotel was really easy. The facilities in the apartment were good and had everything we needed to make simple breakfast/ lunch. It would have been helpful to have oil/ salt in the apartment as a basic.

The only things that could be improved were that sometimes it was a bit of a wait at the bar for service as it was just one person preparing the food and sorting drinks. We also found the beds very hard! Also, we had issues with young people smoking cannabis on there balcony but we addressed this with staff at the time.

Complete with sun loungers and a dining room table for six people, it provided the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying meals with friends and family. The breathtaking views from the balcony added an extra touch of serenity to my stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, with regular cleaning every three days and fresh towels and bed linen provided. This attention to detail truly enhanced my overall experience. The heated saltwater pool was a delight, offering a dedicated section for kids and babies. The abundance of sun loungers with umbrellas provided ample shade, and separate towels for the pool ensured convenience and comfort. The toilets near the pool area were immaculate and had a lovely fragrance, a testament to the high standards maintained by the staff. The on-site bar was a great addition, serving delicious food and drinks. It was a convenient option for those times when I wanted to unwind without venturing too far from the apartment. For any essentials or groceries, the nearby Mercadona supermarket was just a 5-minute walk away.

Nice swimming pool and great big private terrace. Parking in the basement. Very nice and modern apartment.

We discovered some Long-tailed silverfish (Ctenolepisma longicaudata) in the bedroom.

Our apartment was fabulous! Far, far smaller than the photos but still lovely. We paid for full sea view upgrade and we were so glad we did. The food available was extremely limited and the bar opening hours were very restrictive. We were there for 6 nights including Christmas, it was very quiet which was lovely! The location is the only downside to this property. There is a Mercadona a short walk away but it is quite a hike to get in to Villajoyosa for restaurants, etc. We will certainly consider staying here again. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

All facilities were extremely nice. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food available for lunch was very nice. Breakfast was good. They did not have any gluten-free bread available for breakfast, but they were able to accommodate gluten-free options for lunch. The pool area was very nice. Quite small pool, but not over crowded. Nice lounge music was playing all day, which was great. Not very central, but bikes were available for rent. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Everything was great. Hope to come back.

The blue line apartment hotel was excellent and it was quiet and safe. Staff were very friendly especially jamie. The pool was lovely and warm but not ideal for swimming , more suitable for children .

The apartment had a sea view , however , lorries were using the area in front of the hotel to get ready for mixing concrete. Also there is viewpoint near the hotel and people walked their dogs there everyday, however they didn't pick up their dog poo. I found it to be a serious problem throughout the area, even along the promenade .

Loved staying here, location was perfect for us as we enjoy a walk in the morning and loved the fact was a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach is long and opens up to a marina. Fabulous restaurants on the beach for lunch serving great sea food and paella. If you have a car is short distance to the airport, and some lovely towns surrounding VilaJoyosa. Altea is a 20 min journey plus a mini shopping centre near Benidorm for a Zara fix! The apartments are near a lovely cafe and Mercadona supermarket. We had a great 2 bed apartment with a stunning panoramic view of the sea and beach. All mod cons in the apartment washing machine dishwasher coffee machine etc. Housekeeping services every 3 days to change sheets and fresh towels although, we wanted fresh towels earlier and wasn't a problem. Pool towels are given to you every day. We had breakfast one morning in the reception and was great, fresh fruit pastries and cooked eggs made fresh, all you need really. We hired a car, the apartments had underground parking at a cost of 10 euros per day but if you don't want to pay there is parking outside near the apartment, however underground keeps the car cool. The reception staff were so friendly very chilled and very welcoming!

The only thing if I had to say of a dislike was the pool which was quite small, but great for small kids as very shallow. My kids are in their 20's so was a bit small for them. However lovely loungers and pool towels and great for kids under 12 or to just dip in!

The staff was very friendly, when help was needed in certain things, they helped. We stayed for 6 days and cleaning was done every three days. The bed was very comfortable.

The manager of photos for properties should be given an extra task of putting the actual property photos to the exact room that is being reserved. I booked a penthouse assuming there will be a sea view but still enjoyed a mountain view with a school slightly reducing the wow effect.

Kitchen not very well appointed No oven gloves No tea towel No washing up liquid 1 dishwasher tablet (for 1 week stay)however when we asked at reception we were given a few more. 1 rubbish bag for a week All minor things that would not stop us returning to the Aparthotel.
