Excellent location, friendly staff. The sea view from our room was fantastic. We arrived early and were able to check in. Mini fridge with a large bottle of water and some little chocolates were most welcome. We found the beds to be very comfortable. A/C worked very well.

As others have noted, because the hotel is 100% disability access, the showers can leave the bathroom floor wet. But with a little care we learned how to minimize getting water all over the floor.

Very clean and modern with every facility required. Friendly and helpful staff who ensured our stay was enjoyable. Good size indoor pool, stunning roof top bar area. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary water. Generous amount of bathroom products. Superb breakfast buffet and evening meal.

The heated indoor pool was a little cold!

Indoor Swimming pool and location to the beach & bars/restaurants. Breakfast was good and the roof top bar was nice to relax with a drink in the evening and look at the views over Villa Joyosa. Very friendly staff.

Would have been helpful a know there was a mini bar in the room. The lift to the carpark was a bit of a challenge to first timers.

The Hotel is super located- not too far from the beach and the town. Further the reception lady RAQUEL made us a very warm welcome - thanks again The breakfast was good and parking you will find outside of high season close by. The sea view from the room is great ...

-- On the top floor is a bar - can be noisy at weekends but it did not disturb us..

Little gem of a hotel , very friendly and helpful staff . The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breaking was good , had an evening meal which was delicious and good value. Lovely pool area with great sea views. Excellent value.

I can imagine in peak season parking is a problem .

slightly more variation at breakfast and maybe gentler lighting for the evening meal

Very new, nice staff, amazing views of the sea on that side, very good food included, indoor pool and outdoor pool, close to supermarkets, close to tram stop, lovely rooftop.

Not very close to beach or centre, and the hill up on the way back in August heat wasn’t easy, but it’s around 10/15 min.

Staff on the reception were very friendly. Room was spacious and cleaning was every day. They left for us water and local chocolate pralines in the fridge. Sandy beach is 10 minutes by walk from the hotel. The are two swimming pools one inside and one outside. Breakfast was tasty and personnel was very helpful.

On our floor internet did not work but personnel gave us opportunity to change a floor.

Property is in a good location. Tbe place was quiet modern with all facilities easy to use. Room was spacious and clean.

Thre shower is without board so when using the water goes a bit everywhere 😅

it has a great location, close to the beach, 5 min walk by the beach to get to the colorful houses… yet in a quiet, relaxing area.

The rooftop was work in progress, I’ll have to go back and see how it ends up 😊
