Everything. Staff especially were lovely and location perfect. Restaurant Emperador highly recommended. Our room was nice and a good size with everything we needed. Lots of coat hangers were handy, shame we couldn't get a sea view but it was a last minute decision to go away. Service from everyone we had contact with was superb and made my birthday special thankyou 💗

That we had to leave! The only thing that's stops this wonderful hotel from being 100% perfect and that's only in our eyes was a pebbly beach. We just like a sandy beach, only our choice, but it wouldn't stop us coming back, and we will certainly be returning.

A perfect location for those who prefer to be in a relatively quiet place, rather then in crowded and lively Benidorm or Alicante. Great and helpful staf, excellent food in the restaurant. Very pleasant seaview bar on the terrace.

In the last week of September, with the air temparatures of 30 C and water around 25 C, there were already no services on the beach (ubmrellas, deck chairs, bar, SUP rentals, etc.)

Absolutely loved our stay, the staff are helpful and kind, it was a delight to be there & we will return for sure! Food at lunch and breakfast was super and my massage was wonderful I still feel de-stressed and chilled out! The bedroom was lovely and the mattress was divine, you did a great job and I felt like a VIP, thank you all of you I can’t wait to come back x

Two small pools Though near to the beach again your paying 5 Starr 780 euro for 3 nights BB Request an early check in and was told by reception no as didn't book direct .. I used booking . Com and so they could not offer With friends who booked direct were given priority.. As we were staying for a wedding

The location was excellent, perfect view of the Mediterranean. The breakfast was lovely, obviously very popular , so we couldn’t always get the table we wanted

Beautiful spot. Really nice views from the hotel. Quite and peaceful. pool is great

The restaurant is awful. The food options are extremely limited. Almost no vegetarian options. Our stay was affected because the food was soo bad. Some continental vegetarian food must be added. There was no one to help with the luggage which was also not nice because we were two pregnant friends travelling and some assistance would have been nice.

Location, facilities, staff, food. Nearly all was good.

Children in pool area, really noisy, due to a wedding next day. Was not relaxing at all this time. We ended up in our room or beach more than around pool area. Which was a shame.

The location and the views of the hotel are on point.

The service from the staff other then the front desk needs to improve. The restaurant staff and the bar need major improvement. The manager and the staff at the front desk are great.
