Everything. Staff especially were lovely and location perfect. Restaurant Emperador highly recommended. Our room was nice and a good size with everything we needed. Lots of coat hangers were handy, shame we couldn't get a sea view but it was a last minute decision to go away. Service from everyone we had contact with was superb and made my birthday special thankyou 💗

That we had to leave! The only thing that's stops this wonderful hotel from being 100% perfect and that's only in our eyes was a pebbly beach. We just like a sandy beach, only our choice, but it wouldn't stop us coming back, and we will certainly be returning.

Service in main bar was very poor waited 45 minutes for drinks ( 7 people ) also drinks expensive

A perfect location for those who prefer to be in a relatively quiet place, rather then in crowded and lively Benidorm or Alicante. Great and helpful staf, excellent food in the restaurant. Very pleasant seaview bar on the terrace.

In the last week of September, with the air temparatures of 30 C and water around 25 C, there were already no services on the beach (ubmrellas, deck chairs, bar, SUP rentals, etc.)

Absolutely loved our stay, the staff are helpful and kind, it was a delight to be there & we will return for sure! Food at lunch and breakfast was super and my massage was wonderful I still feel de-stressed and chilled out! The bedroom was lovely and the mattress was divine, you did a great job and I felt like a VIP, thank you all of you I can’t wait to come back x

The location was excellent, perfect view of the Mediterranean. The breakfast was lovely, obviously very popular , so we couldn’t always get the table we wanted

The restaurant is awful. The food options are extremely limited. Almost no vegetarian options. Our stay was affected because the food was soo bad. Some continental vegetarian food must be added. There was no one to help with the luggage which was also not nice because we were two pregnant friends travelling and some assistance would have been nice.

The hotel has been build with many details. Even the floors are a highlight. Rooms are spacious and with traditional furniture. Breakfast is excellent, so is the staff at the breakfast. The view to the sea is simply stunning. The pool is right at the edge of the cliff, a great place to relax. The beach below is not sandy but with stones, but that is not a problem for us

Too many food and drink rules and restricted timetables, a five star hotel must be much more flexible and have more choices close to the pool. Sunshades cannot be moved and sunbeds also not. So you are really suffering trying to get away from the sun! These problems can be fixed and should be fixed!

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Receptionists spoke good english. Cleanliness was great both the room and the other areas like the pool. Close to the beach.

Very limited menu in the restaurant, and the quality of the food was below average and expensive. Super slow service in the restaurant even with few guests.
