The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly, the room had everything we needed. we paid around €90 a night for the room and it was definitely value for money. the secure parking is underground and very secure. The hotel accepted our dog as they said they would for minimal charge. Really clean, really helpful staff, great value.

The hotel is located next to a little park, which can get a little noisy, but that would only be as issue if you were trying to get to sleep early (10pm). but that’s a small issue.

Comfortable and spacious room for a single, with big bathroom and good facilities. Only stayed one night but could recommend. Although its not really centric, its very close to the train station, only one stop by "Tren de Cercanias" and just 10 min by bus to the centre. I walked back in the night after meeting some friends and it was just over 20min walk.

Could have been closer to the centre, but was good enough and in a quiet area. Good if you need to take the train early morning though.

I stayed in a single room and I highly recommend paying the difference to upgrade to double. The single room was small (exactly like in the pictures, not a centimeter more). The double room has way higher standard, more like 4* hotel. Breakfast was good and varied. I recommend the teas (there were about 20 kinds of them!!), although I missed the eggs (scrambled, boiled, anything). The beds were comfy, the room and the entire location was quiet. You can get beverages downstairs. The location is very good. It's exactly between the center and the Aljaferia Palace. 5min on foot to Zaragoza Portillo station, and about 15 to Zaragoza Delicias. There are some restaurants in the neighborhood. Internet was good enough for video calls.

We liked hotel is situated near to the centrum of the city. Staff was very nice and polite. Check in process was really fast and confortable. We could leave our baggage when checking out for free.

The last day we had a small problem. We were in the room (thank god inside the bed and covered) when cleaning staff came inside the room without knocking or asking if someone is inside. It was 9am and we had untill 12pm to leave the room so I found it a little bit rude. I can understand clean staff have a lot of rooms to clean in a day but maybe would be okay knocking the door and being sure there is nobody inside before entering the room just in case the customer left already. We have could be naked and it would have been a very unconfortable situation in that case! Just letting you know.

The staff was very kind and the room very clean. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the city centre and to many places of interest.

The price was excessive for the type and size of the room. In addition, there were very noisy guests at my floor that were talking very loudly in the corridor till very late at night. Of course, this did not depend on the hotel but my night rest was not ideal.

The staff were super friendly and helpful including the housekeeping staff.

I had hoped to upgrade and pay for a bigger room but was told that there are no bigger rooms.

The staff was really nice and helpful. They offered us water and food bowl for our dog, in case we needed one.

The room needs to be refurbished, as the windows are old they do not close properly and in the bathroom you could see how the ceiling has been affected by the humidity.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had all necessities. The location is a 15 min walk from the center, but we rented an e-scooter as a way of transport through town. Absolute value for money.

Very clean and comfortable. It Isn't far away from Zaragoza main attractions and the bus stop is just a couple minutes walk.

It doesn't provide you with an iron to refresh your clothes.
