B&B HOTEL Zaragoza Centro

The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who were really helpful. The room was very clean and the shower was great. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Obviously the location is excellent, which is why we chose it - we wanted to be near the centre of Zaragoza.

The room was on the small side - it was fine for a couple of nights, but we wouldn't have wanted any longer. There were no facilities in the room to make a drink - we are English and need a kettle! It meant we had to go downstairs to use the hot water machine in the dining area which again, was fine for just a couple of nights.

The location is great, the room was ok for one person, and the breakfast was good and convenient.

The room seems a little small, not good for multiple people (not good for sharing). Also the floating floor was not ideal - made you feel dizzy when you walk. I do not care for the bathroom pod. Not good. You can hear the neighbor next door through the pod walls. They don't have refrigerators in the room, which is not good when you need to store medication,. Also no business center to check emails/print items, etc.

Location is great! City center and park near, supermarket in the same building, caffeterias and etc. Public parking around and privat hotel parking slot. Room is pretty comfortable, tea/coffee 24hrs

There is no parking spot for check-in, and you can't go in the privat parking without ticket from reception. So it's needed to park somewere else before, but no info about it in hotels instructions after booking

It was a fantastic experience in Zaragoza at this hotel. The Location is fantastic, so close from the old city center, the Pilar's Cathedral and many interesting places. The staff of B&B Zaragoza Centro is very helpful, they are very kind and gentle, even, if you are a disabled person as me, who use a whelchair. They have got accessible rooms with all that we need. Thank you very much, the experience at there was great!

Maybe lifts should be revised or renewed. But that's wasn't a problem at all.

Situated just a bridge's walk away from the Basilica of our Lady of the Pillar and the old town, B&B hotel is a convenient place to stay in Zaragoza. Don't expect frills, but everything works. The bathroom is a simple but effective and space-efficient affair, as is the rest of the room. Breakfast is decent too.

Front desk staff attended to other guests midway through our payment, which held up everyone involved. Also the corridors look a little worn.

Great location for visiting central and old town Zaragoza. It was fantastic to have secure underground parking - as others have stated the entry and exit is via a height restricted ramp but we had ample head room for our Ford focus with a roof box. Very dog friendly at reception so it was all we needed for an overnight stay travelling from Santander.

Nothing - it is a budget style hotel comparable to a good travel lodge.

Staff always friendly and very very helpful, especially the medium height lady with glasses who met us when we arrived and the taller, fair-haired lady, both always smiling, saying 'hola' and serving us with agua caliente, cafe con leche y hielo para mi rodilla. Both also spoke English superbly, which helped when our Spanish wasn't good enough. The lady who cleaned our room almost every day, 21-29 Dec on 4th floor is a magician. We left the room very untidy on 22nd, then returned to find it really tidy. She was a star all week. Please say thank you to these 3 people and look after them! Everything from the location to hospitality of the staff to the breakfast was fantastic. I keep going back to the wonderful selection of breakfast items in the morning not to mention 24H free coffee. The rooms were so clean that we walked barefoot the entire time. Overall it’s a real good value for money

Patata tortillas were pretty cold 😛 but othen than that I cannot think of anything else.

Room, shower and breakfast were excellent. Location was also excellent in the centre of Zaragoza for access to the old town but far enough away to get a good nights sleep. Access to the paid (12 Euro) hotel underground parking was a little steep but appeared very secure.

We have stayed at this hotel quite a number of times. It is perfectly located at the side of the Ebro and just a few minutes walk across the bridge into the centre of the city. The hotel is beautifully clean and the staff are very helpful, the beds are very comfortable. Parking is underneath the hotel and secure. The car park entrance is slightly tricky to locate. We will always stay here when visiting Zaragoza.
