The hotel enjoys a convenient central location within the city, in a very lively neighborhood where you may explore many great local restaurants. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and they readily provide us with hot water and coffee upon request.

The restaurant is not very well-equipped, as it lacks a kettle. Having a parking lot directly connected to the hotel room is convenient. However, it's worth noting that you'll need to call the reception each time you enter or exit the parking lot, which can be somewhat inconvenient.

location is perfect, close to everything..shopping..historical attractions.. bars and cafes… tram..rooms are clean and good size, bathroom is perfect, hotel is modern well decorated, the breakfast was just perfect..everything you wish to eat ..the staff are very helpful specially Belleni, she was so nice and extremely helpful , very good value for money

I wish there was coffee machine or kettle and coffee, tea

Very good breakfast (even it was the exact same, every day). The fresh fruits exceptionnaly good. The coffee, ok.

There is something: Please ask the maid that cleaned my room the last time to not take anymore the teaspoon, coffee mug,... taken from the restaurant (those objects were taken after asking permission from the person serving the breakfast), we, the guests, we need these objects, and return them when checking out, be sure of it. Personal objects can be taken by mistake, and this happened

The check in personnel at the time of check-in (June 24, 2023) upgraded our room as the room I originally booked, a petite room was not spacious enough for my husband and I. Much appreciated. I forgot to ask his name but he was (I am guessing) more senior than the other guy. Also, the lady manager approached us to ask if we have been attended to. Another plus demonstrating their attentiveness to guests.

We always stay at Zenit Vincci Zentro when in Zaragoza. After 6 years and varios visits to Zaragoza this hotel is our reference and recommendation. Location 10/10. Parking 10/10. Staff 10/10. Rooms, we prefer rooms at that back of the hotel 10/10. Very quiet. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Ideal for business or for visiting the city. Don't miss an opportunity to stay at Vincci Zentro, you will not be disappointed. Amenities 10/10. Cleanliness 10/10.

Well maintained and big hotel. The room was spacious and very confortable. We liked the bathroom a lot as it was good sized and had nice supplements. The staff is friendly.

There is smell of tobacco in halways and sometimes through ventilation. People seem to smoke either in windows or inside. We compained about this and kindly the staff came over, they denied any tobacco smell but called it humidity. They offered to change room but we decided to stay rather than having to move.

The location is excellent and the parking underground is convenient. They seemed to be environmentally conscious and the hotel was fairly modern.

It was overpriced, especially due to the marathon that weekend. The rooms were very small and it was hard to find space to open a suitcase and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast is very overpriced. I suggest you go down a block to wonderful cafes and bakeries.

The staff was great and diligent, and they all were very helpful. The beds are comfortable and you have different kinds of pillows to choose from. The location can't be better. Located close to many bars, and restaurants and less than a 5 min walk from the city's main square.

We had bugs in the bathroom one night which was not very nice, on the other hand the staff offers us a different room because of this.

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was also very functional. One point is very important to me and that is the cleanliness. Here, it was really perfect.

The only negative point is that it is impossible to stop in front of the hotel. You have to park in one of the many parking lots in the city or in the hotel parking.

Very helpful and friendly stuff. Also, exceptionally good location close to the Old City Center - you can walk there in 7-10 minutes. The room is also very clean a bit too small for a family of three.

The breakfast could have been more varied (e.g. no fresh vegetables at all). The parking cost was quite high.
