Great location with supermarket, cafes and restaurants nearby. Only 10 mins from centre of the city. Modern rooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Simple but ample breakfast.

Don’t make up the rooms at all each day. Didn’t worry us but might be important to some.

The breakfast was small but more then adequate. The room was much bigger that I expected it to be and very comfortable. The location was very centrally located with the supermarket and pilawoos right down the street.

I liked everything, it was nice and cute space. Hotel looks a bit old, but it gives a special vibe, so it was good. Floor, toilet, room were clean but only one that I didn’t like are sheets. They weren’t dirty, but old. I asked to change it and a guy from reception made it immediately. I didn’t stay as much as I booked because I went to a center of island and spent a lot of time by nature and shores, but days I stayed in this hotel were good, I love them. I felt like at home every time returning from intense day trips, so I would recommend staying there💗

Perfect location! It was my first trip there... And this was the perfect location. Banks only steps away, a mini market opposite side, shops walking distance. Marino mall about 5 minutes walk Hospital, and pharmacy also less than 5 mins walk. Bus stop steps away. The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer my 20 questions, and to guide me on the best options. Special thanks to Nilanka and the reception staff, and Vasanth! My room was cleaned every day, and drinking water (in environmentally friendly bottle) provided daily! I highly recommend this place... Especially if you're a solo traveler, and visiting for the first time. I'm definitely going to stay there again!

Nothing much, really, just a few points for consideration: My room had a balcony which was perfect... But a good cleaning would make it even better!! Different fruit variations every few days would be nice! Maybe a small kettle for tea lovers like myself 😀

TLDR: Great place for value for money. If you want a place in Colombo at a cheap rate, you can consider this place. Owned by a Gujarati, we checked in to the hotel late @ night around 2 am and the owner was chilling with his other Gujarati friends. They all are business owners in Colombo and are very friendly. By the looks of it, you won't even know they are big owners. We asked for the location of the hotels just outside the hotel from the owner himself. The check-in process was very smooth. They just asked for our passport and everything was done. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious enough and great value for money. They are equipped with all the modern amenities. The bathroom is good in area, and offers both cold and hot water options. They also have AC, mirror, and other amenities. The property is located very close to Marine Drive. This place is genuinely a great place to stay in Colombo for 1-2 days as all the touristy sites are very close to this property. They have a cafe on the top floor where you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast was okay nothing extraordinary, although I can't say the same for other items.

I have only two little complaints: 1. We booked Standard Quadruple Room which can easily fit 4 people without any problems. However, the room can feel a little small if a family with 4 luggage and 4 backpacks arrives. 2. They charged my credit card and I had to pay extra forex. They could have reached out for an alternate payment method before charging my card.

Amazing location! The staff are so helpful and they care to give you an answer, I'm so grateful to their help as they saved me a lot of time :) The breakfast was so sufficient and with lots of variety.. I came with sub-zero expectations from the previous comments, but it was actually so good.. You have tea and coffee, milk, juice (canned), 3 types of fruits, toast, butter and jam (that's on the buffet side) plus, there are items that you can order and will be prepared fresh for you (included in the breakfast and I didn't need to oy extra). This includes omlette or scrambled, noodles, sausage.. The room was spacious and clean, comfy beds and they provide water bottles that you can fill free of charge, also the tea and coffee available all day on the 4th floor.. I'd stay again for sure

I like the room at all and great location of this hotel. Also they have tasty soft drinks and snacks in the reception you can buy any time. So we taking this hotel every time when we go to the Ministry or somewhere near

Last time... That were a neighbours, destroying they room during the night, screaming and drinking, they've been ugly! and as i have an important meeting next morning, i decided not to come out and not to fight them or drop away, not to get in trouble. But i would be grateful next time if any kind of guests like that one stay again, somebody calm (or knock) down them

Easy access to seaside as it is just behind the hotel. Our flight landed early and Staff gave us an early check in. Hotel rooms looked nice and were spacious as mentioned in the descriptions. Washroom was clean.

AC didn’t work well. Wanted drinking water heater, but it was very much unclean. Not many good restaurants around the hotel and was a bit far away from the city center area. The upper deck of the family room was very hot. The window had no view as there was a wall. During the payment, staff charged a much higher exchange rate than market rate.

Loved the staff, very clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, easy access with my luggage via elevator, great location! Angelin was exceptional, always happy to help and very professional, from recommendations to making my stay smooth, beautiful soul! I was lucky to also get my luggage weight as they had a scale at the reception, there is a room service and option to eat in, free drinking water. I highly recommend this place, stayed their twice 😊🙌
