The view was exceptional , one of the rarest view I ve ever experianced

Some furniture and fittings were not maintained well

Fantastic view, like shown in the photos. Had both a nice sunset view and sunrise. Had everything we need, including a glass wall in the shower which was absolutely gorgeous. Very decent breakfast!

The AC was dripping and had to turn it off but they were in it to fix it. Also, was a bit confusing to get there, even the tuk tuk driver had difficulties reaching it. But so worth it!

We only stayed for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. We did not have time to visit the pool area or enjoy the view as much as we would have liked. Because this place is located quite a bit up in the mountains surrounding Candy. The road there is narrow and winding but worth it. We took a tuk-tuk up and down with no issues! The room was great with no complaints. The bed was so comfy we almost missed breakfast :-)

As so many reviews have noted, the view over Kandy is quite wonderful. It's worth being a bit further out from the city to come back to those room/dining panoramas. The room itself was comfortable and, for the most part, the food was good. The bar needed some attention...a somewhat limited selection. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and their efforts to make us feel welcome made for a very pleasing stay.

The views from the room were amazing of the mountains. You can see the sunrises and sunsets and the starry sky. The environment was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast /and food/ was fantastic! The room was very clean and the bed was great. I can definitely recommend this place. Thanks again for a nice stay!

The staff was amazing! I haven't met friendlier staff than them in any other place. They treated me and my mother with utmost care. And, when we asked for breakfast for one person they provided us with 2 portions without charging extra. The view was STUNNING. We loved staying in the balcony and having tea coffee and breakfast. One of my main things about booking the place was the view.

The rooms could be a little bit more elevated. But the hotel is a bit old so understandable.

Everything is nice about this place. Perfect for family, friends and solo.

The location is a problem as the map directs you to the backside of the property. Considering it’s on top of a hill and away from Kandy city, you have to know the exact location. So what helped me was to use the location of the hotel next to this one called Mount Blue. Make sure you don’t straight out fall for the offers the hotel gives you with regard to where you should go and what you should see. The rates are not exactly nominal. Use the pickme app. It gets really dark and scary after sundown as the roads are winding and have almost no street lights. So whether you are alone, with friends or family, make sure you get to the hotel a little before sundown. If you get bored with the food at the hotel, you can always order through pickme or Uber eats.

Unreal views from our bedroom! To wake up to those views were incredible! If you are staying in Kandy would 100% recommend this hotel for its view-we had our own tuktuk so the steep climb up was a little intimidating at times but all worth it for the hotel we had.

The restaurant didn’t sell cocktails when we went in the evening despite advertising them on the menu.

we stayed for one night, rooms were upto the standerds they stated, and were clean as well. We ordered room service and the potions were good and price was reasonable. Overall it was a good experiance. The view was absolutly stunning.

Minor staff can be trained a bit more, on how to greet and attend to guests.
