I found the staff at reception really helpful. I needed help when my flight was abruptly cancelled and they were excellent. I spoke to Nelson and two other very helpful people whose names I do not know. I had previously stayed in a place with no staff present, booked by my work, for the days I was working in Gothenberg and learnt how valuable the onsite help is when you do not speak the language. Location was excellent because being back in Stockholm for the weekend before returning home I wanted good access to Arlanda. The station is practically adjacent to the hotel and the line takes you quickly to Marsta and a fast bus from that station goes to Arlanda airport. Quiet well sound proofed hotel and a nearby shopping centre was very convenient.

Nice swimming pool, sauna, good breakfast. Shopping centre next to the hotel. Games and table tennis rackets were available from the reception. Nice restaurant area. Kids got welcome drinks when we arrived. Kids play room next to the restaurant and kids program every evening. Two rooms for family was nice with both separate shower and bath.

We had two kids with us but the coach was made for only one child. We had to wait for the towels, pillows and blankets for her. Then got a very small pillow and had to ask again a new one. No air-conditioning and the fans were broken. Thin glasses and the trains passed by every 5 minutes.

Nice hotel with a inside terrace with sofas and a bar. Program for the kids but we didn't attend. It was nice play the table tennis with the kids. The swimming pool was nice but a little cold water of 24 degrees and had to reserve beforehand and was only allowed for 45min per room per night. Otherwise nice. There was a big parking place next to the hotel with payment with Easypark. However, we got twice a penalty even we paid correctly. We had a family room with two rooms which was nice. Good breakfast. A shopping centre next to the hotel.

The train passed the hotel almost every 5minutes with a speed of 130km/h. So you could hear the train to the rooms. No fridge in the rooms. Pretty old hotel even a nice atmosphere.

The bar and breakfast area and entrance hall were beautiful. The room was a really good size with lounge area and separate bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower. decorated to a high standard. The pool and sauna was private, cosy and relaxing.

Thé curtains could have done with being darker to block out the light early in the morning after sunrise.

Great hotel and everyone in the family enjoyed the stay. Parents for the wellness and the children for the waterpark. Big family rooms and we enjoyed breakfast. Thank you, we hope to come back

We were not aware of the fact that you have to pay for the children waterpark (it might have mentioned somewhere but it might be a bit hidden….)

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms and comfy beds. Really friendly staff. Helpful to be so close to shops and restaurants. It was excellent and appreciated to be able to have my fur baby stay there with us.

There was no phone number for the calling the front desk to request toilet paper. Only number I could find was for an emergency and they didn't deal with toilet paper 😁. There was also a bad funny smell in the bathroom.

I loved the location for getting into Stockholm and the train station so accessible. Good little shopping area very near by and places to eat outside of the hotel. Would stay here again. Great breakfast included which was very good.

It was a pity the pool was not open.

The staff was great, friendly and generous. The room was great and the hotel was in great locations. Esspecialy we liked the dining area! Also the electrcians wew funny guys :D

I liked the lobby and the restaurant most.

We couldn't use the relaxing area because we didn't book before our arriving ,as they told us at the reception. I actually messaged them the day before but they didn't answer. My family and I were disappointed because we booked this hotel for the swimming pool.

The room was overlooking a central patio, which was closed. I would have preferred a room with a window to the street and some fresh air
