The room was very clean and very calm. The breakfast was very nice and had enough options to choose from. The staff were quite helpful. It was in general great for the value. The location was good, only 10 minutes from the subway station which was accessible through a big shopping mall. We had a smooth check-in and check-out.

We had a kitchenette that was useful but it was not fully equipped (there was a microwave/oven but there was not enough cooking utensils) which was not a big deal. There were 3 beds in our room, which included 2 twin beds and 1 convertible bed. The extra convertible bed was placed next to the kitchen sink which made the room a bit small and hard to walk in. I recommend this type of room for those who don't plan to make food or to stay in the room for long time.

Connect Kista is great for solo travelers. - It has a 24-hour receptionist so perfect to accommodate any flight time. - The transportation is convenient as the Kista metro station is only about 10 minute's walk - It's close to Kista Galleria where you can find a library, shops, coffee places and restaurant - The staff is very accommodating, I had some noise in my first room which is close to the gym, I asked and the staff offered me a different room which is quiet - There is a small gym inside the hotel

- It's very dry in the room so make sure you drink enough water - The room space is small but well equipped

If you need to go to Kista, this hotel is perfect. It is located few minutes walk far from the metro line and is in the middle of the business center. The room is perfectly clean and well maintained. The hotel is nice, the common areas are very well conceived. Breakfast is OK with good choice for typical continental and English breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The bed is comfortable, although quite small for tall people (basic room). The toilet is quite large and equipped with shower.

The single basic room is very small. Enough for a short stay (1/2 days in a business trip).

We stayed at that hotel for 4 nights. It presents a reasonable price/quality balance. There is a subway station nearby to reach Stockholm downtown in 15-20 minutes’ ride. There is also a shopping mall and central bus station, which makes Arlanda airport a comfortable direct access with a half an hour. The late-round-midnight check-in was smooth and problem-free. The hotel is cozy, the room is small yet contains all required stuff. There is a safe, a flat TV, a hair-drier, hangers for clothes, a comfortable table and a nice-to-sleep bed. We lacked a kettle and a mini fridge. The room cleaning was done daily. The breakfast was diverse and yummy: yogurts, boiled eggs, omelette, bacon, sausages, some meat and cheese plates, fresh baked bread and crisp bread, fresh veggies and some fruit (melon, pine-apple, oranges, apples), flakes, milk, instant coffee / tea. There is gym in the hotel, Wi-Fi works fine, a smoking area is outside. We do recommend that nice place to stay! And we would return here again ourselves

The hotel is within a 5-7 minutes walking distance from the T11 metro line which takes you directly to the city centre. We arrived and also left at 3 AM and had no trouble checking in/out since there's always a receptionist available. The whole interior is stylish and cozy. Our room was exactly what we had hoped for, it was perfectly clean. The breakfast was versatile.

Standing in line for breakfaat might take 10-15 minutes sometimes but the staff were constantly refilling what was on display so they never ran out of food as long as there were people coming in. The walls were a bit thin, therefore we could sometimes hear other guest closing their doors but it didn't mess with our sleeping schedule.

The staff we’re very friendly and helpful they spoke English. We had breakfast included in our stay the hotel was not far from the shopping centre like ten minutes walk so we was able to go and buy soft drinks and food if we wanted too. if you are walking in the arndale there is a place called M.E.E.T where they also have a good selection of different food culture which is very good. The metro near the station is kista which is very good and will take you into the city centre within twenty minutes so it’s not that far at all.

When we arrived into our room the bathroom smelt like a sewer so we brought some room fragrances just to freshen up the bathroom and the bedroom and to open up the windows other than that everything in the hotel was perfect for us.

Clean, simple rooms that surpassed expectations for that price point! Great value.

Breakfast was great on the Friday morning, surpassing our expectations. On the Saturday the hotel was full, and breakfast was pandemonium - no forks or coffee cups for 20 minutes, long queues, food running out (bread, all the warm stuff, milk, etc.). It was at a standstill, and the staff were clearly unable to cope with the numbers. Hotel was equally full Sunday morning, but we got up extra early to avoid a repeat of the chaos. If the hotel knows it's filled to capacity, why not provide some pre-made sandwhiches/buns so that guests have the option to grab something quickly and skip the overcrowding?

The hotel is really nice. Great value for money. Easy to access from the city center by public transport. Breakfast was versatile and tasty. The room was clean and nice. We came around 1 h early but the room was ready to enter so we did not have to wait. It was a really pleasant stay. Also the weather was very cold and the room had a pleasant temperature. I higly recommend it.

The view at the parking lot was not particularly nice but I regard it as a really minor drawback.

The location makes it close to a mall and the subway station. Super convenient for groceries and making trips to the main city (about 30 minutes between the hotel and the central station. The breakfast offered a nice variety of foods and the personell was always friendly.

I wish the shower doors didn't have use gaps between them and the floor. Everything turned wet in the bathroom after using the shower. And the matrasses + pillows were much too soft.
