the staff was extremely helpful. I made a mistake and booked one day less but they figured everything out during the check in and we could stay even in the same room the whole stay. no need to switch rooms

maybe a little further away from the center but at least we had a chance to rest our legs after touristing around the town every day also the room could be a little bigger for 2 people. if staying alone its perfect, with being 2 ladies there it was kind of "logistics" in the morning. Otherwise very nice. plus there is a great birria truck just few mins walking (keep looking around, its worth it!)

The hotel located outside the city but with a very good connection to the center, minimally furnished, but without missing something essential, so OK for a stay of 2-3 days. Breakfast quite varied and with good quality dishes.

The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but on site there is a parking lot managed by an external company and you can rent the parking space through an application that you can download on your phone. But be careful to ask for all the information at the hotel reception and especially which are the (numbered) places where you can park after you have made the reservation. The information in the parking lot is only in Swedish and if you do not receive all the data from the reception, you risk parking in the wrong place and getting fined.

Location. 5 min walk from metro Station and shopping ctr with an extensive food court. Underground parking as well as public parking across tbe street. Nice lobby with ample space for breakfast warriors.

No housekeeping whatsoever. No one changed sheets or towels or toilet paper for three days.

Was recommended to stay here, as I was visiting a business partner who had offices close-by. Location was great for my requirements, the staff were friendly. The decor was to me "stereotypical Swedish" - very clean, slick and functional. Breakfast was great with lots of options, so no complaints!

There was an error with the initial room booking, I had selected a double bed, but for some reason I was given 2 singles. The staff soon rectified the issue and changed my room. On the whole, based on staying here for just 1 night, I couldn't argue or find any faults with my stay.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and a cool atmosphere. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety taking food restrictions into consideration. Location outside the city center, however this was a business trip and the location to where I needed to be was perfect. Staff was very accomodating.

No ground coffee from the coffee machine, only instant coffee available. Please install a coffee machine! No suggestions on how to get to the hotel but this is a small problem with the availability of navigation on phones. Some more TV channel in other languages besides SKYNews would be useful.

Extremely clean place with basic facilities and a decent breakfast spread including vegan and gluten free section. The coffee can vastly improve though. The location is great in terms of ease of getting there provided you get there at a time when the Kista Galleria mall is open. The staff is friendly and any questions are responded to efficiently. The lobby / restaurant has a lot of space where you can work with charging stations and good areas for small meetings as well. Overall it is a business hotel but we saw a lot of families staying here as well. Rooms are large enough for two and very clean.

We stayed for two nights and on day 2, the breakfast was mis-managed. After a bit of a conversation, it was extended by another half hour becase by 8:30, most trays went empty and the coffee machine had a bit of an issue. A lot of the guests just went with whatever little they could find. We had a bit more time and could wait for them to re-stack and re-fill. Otherwise everything went well, would not mind staying here again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, excellent price/value ratio. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice body wash. Location was very good - just 500m from the metro station, from which you can get to Stockholm centre within 20 minutes. The breakfast was nice, large variety, also good vegan options. Everything was delicious and high quality, good description of the ingredients. Breakfast being included in price is a huge bonus.

Pillows could be better

I really liked everything about this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was designed to a really high quality, comfortable and warm. The breakfast had so many options especially as I am vegetarian. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city but you can walk to the subway within 5 ish minutes part of the walk is in a warm shopping centre. Then it's only 17 minutes to the centre with very frequent trains, it only costs 39 sek one way. I would stay again.

Amazing breakfast, nice seating area to relax or do work. Room was spacious and comfortable. It is further out of town, but you can access central Stockholm easily via the metro.

There was no dinner available at the hotel, meaning you have to go out to the nearby shopping mall.
