Room was very comfortable and modern (except the bathroom), nice views to the forest and city. The gym was also good and with nice views; the restaurant has a simple menu but good, and the restaurant staff was excellent.

Check-in experience too long, payment machine seemed not working. My credit card was in the system (via Booking), and I even gave to her to input manually, but she would still not let me go. Wifi was unstable.

The beds were comfy- this seems to be a Scandinavian guarantee! Room was clean and bathroom very nice. The view was neat. Breakfast was fairly good as well. Comparable to other hotels. Staff were very friendly and helpful with the check-in process.

The hotel seemed a bit outdated, which is ok. It was located a bit far from inner city Stockholm. My least favorite part was that you have to pay for parking. This seems to be a Scandinavia thing- but I think if you pay for a service, you should be able to park for free. Also- the bar should be for adults of drinking age or older children; there were many children running around the tower bar, which made it less of a relaxing space. They had little alcohol but this was said to be due to a bar staff member leaving.

Nice, clean, flashy business hotel. Rooms are bit smallish - ok for a single guest, but probably would be too small for 2. Amenities are standard - nothing extra, but nothing important missing as well. Breakfast was very good, both for choice and quality. Reserve bit longer for check-out in the morning as the hotel is quite big and there can be noticable queue to access the desk. Perfect for visiting Kistamässan - that is just next door. Strange that the interconnection between hotel area and Kistamässan is kept closed - so you have to go outside and walk for few tens of meters - don't forget to consider weather :)

Shampoo/Conditioner selection could be better and I'd personally would like bigger windows - especially on upper floors :) Direct access from hotel to Kistamässan would be perfect addition as well.

the restaurant was a huge disappointment! I ordered a steak, I asked for steak potatoes instead of the fries, I received 3 pieces of them which had no taste whatsoever, I asked the steak to be medium, it was burned and it had a lot of fatty and chewy part for 400 SEK… I felt very bad as it was expensive

Fabulous breakfast . Outstanding views. Easy to access transport to city centre and easy to drive to. Good customer service. Great gym and sauna.

Shame not to have a kettle in standard rooms and be prepared to pay for public parking.

Breakfast, The view from the room was good and the availability of tea maker as we had a child and wanted to boil water.

There was no portable toilet stool so our children could not wash their hands by them selves. We had to lift them up.

The room was was not thoroughly clean when we asked the hotel to clean it. Not too bad, but they should have done better, especially with cleaning the bathroom

Great place with amazing service and good location. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of different option to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. Perfect for my family!

I 've got a free upgrade to a Suite, it was a very nice surprise :) Good location - right next to Kista exhibition center and a few minutes walk from the train station.

Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi using my laptop. At times it felt like the room was a bit too stuffy.
