I arrived In sweden for more of a negative reason than a positive one so i was not in the best mood, BUT I cannot express just how happy i was with my stay here, although it’s registered here as one night, I actually extended my stay for a further 8days, this was largely because of the welcoming staff, who made me feel like part of the family, I was greeted originally by “Star” at reception on arrival who is extremely welcoming, and so easy to talk too, which raised my mood immediately. I then met another staff member who was also amazing to converse with, I cannot spell her name 😅 (but a professional miner)!! And both gave me wonderful insights into places to go such as coffee shops, and places to walk! The room was perfect actually better than what i was expecting (as i stayed somewhere prior to staying here). And the breakfast is almost perfect added addition ☺️!! I will definitely be booking here again, really was such a wonderful experience. And although I haven’t mentioned the other staff members, they were also really warm and welcoming also. Thank you 😊

We enjoyed everything. This was my second stay here, and I wasn't disappointed again. Our room was clean throughout our stay, the breakfast was delicious. And last but not least, the lobby has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

It's hard to find anything to complain about. The only thing I miss is the mini-fridges in the rooms. You can still see where they used to be. But that's a pretty small thing.

I definitely liked everything especially the cleanliness. I think the hotel has a good atmosphere inside, breakfast was fine (except coffee, it was just ok, it could be better with an automatic coffee machine with grinder). My whole room was super clean, I also liked my bathroom, it was bright, demanding and spacious enough. The location is also good. I will return to this place. 10 points from me. :)

I missed a mini fridge in the room, it would have been nice to have one.

We were in town for Beyoncé’s concert, and couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. The staff was incredible! welcomed us with a smile each time, were so helpful and patient and incredible Citara was a life saver when we needed help with airport transportation. Our room was fairly large, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is located right next to a big grocery store and several public transportation stations which made it very easy to travel around beautiful Sweden. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, everything was fresh and offered a variety of food and drink options like fresh fruit, coffee, juice, eggs, bread etc.. overall, truly an amazing stay. Thank you!

The staff was the absolute best part of our stay, so lovely and kind! It is nice that there is a big ICA right next to the hotel, and it is just a short scooter/car ride away from Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia. I also really appreciate how the hotel has made sure to be accesible for wheelchair users, it is clear that is has been taken into consideration.

Our room was located almost street level, with a terrible view. There was a couple minor stains in the bed/in the room but we didn't feel it was necessary to complain about it. We chose the hotel based on previous reviews, and for instance very good reviews about the breakfast but we were pretty disappointed in it. The breakfast is served next to the reception desk and the spread was nothing special, even though what was served was okay. The scrambled eggs were amazing! It was also nice that they had a few gluten free options, you just have to remember to ask for them because it is not on display (which is good).

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was very accessible, about 30 minutes away with public transport(+by foot) from T-Centralen. We chose this location as it was closer to Friends Arena, where we attended a concert, therefore we recommend this hotel to concertgoers, being situated about 25 minutes by foot from the Arena in an area that felt very safe to walk in even during the night. We thought the breakfast buffet had a very wide selection, and throughout the breakfast time the buffet was constantly being refilled by the staff.

Friendly staff, nice breakfasts. Not too far from two metro lines, the supermarket is very close to the hotel. Calm neighborhood. We were allowed to check in late at night without additional costs.

The room could do with some renovation: scratches on the walls and floor, broken blinds (good thing that there were curtains too, so blinds were not a problem).

Located in a business area it was very close to a big supermarket and close (10 mins walking) to the bus stop for Arlanda Airport. The neighbourhood around was quiet and the room very large and comfortable.

Breakfast should be a bit reviewed/improved (choices, quantities, refill timing). 20 mins far from city centre (but public transportation works perfectly).

The staff were super friendly and welcoming and the area was quite. you've to walk around 10 mins to get to nearest commuter train and metro stations. Stockholm central station is two stops a way. Awesome experience

The bed was a little bit small. and it would be nice to have a coffee machine with variety of options instead of black coffee only

The location is OK close to Sundbyberg Station and Solna Centrum. The room was clean.

The breakfast might be improved, there were not a lot of options in the breakfast.
