The design of the hotel was very stylish, so much space for eating and conference.

The safe room is not safe at all. Anyone can tell reception “can I grab my suitcase?” And be let in. They don’t even check if you are a hotel resident. They also don’t give you a number for your suitcase so technically anyone can grab any suitcase and no one would notice. It is supposed to be a “safe room”. I left my suitcase in the safe room. Came back from the mall, went straight to reception and said can you open the safe room please, and they did. No one checked if i was an actual guest, no one asked why i wanted to go into that room, and no one checked if i took my own suitcase or not. NOT SAFE at all. ALSO, when they cleaned my room, they did not vacuum it. My room was never vacuum, even when I first got it.

Convenient location close to Solna station: easy to reach from/to airport, also centre is couple stops away to reach by commuted train. There is a hudge shopping mall very close. Good breakfast.

Room could be a bit cleaner. All the rest was good.

Very friendly staff. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great - eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, very diverse with many options for all tastes. The shopping mall right next to the hotel and the train station within walking distance make it very convenient. The play area for children was the best, my kids loved it!

The hotel is not central so we had to commute with the train every day. It was a short trip but it would have been nice to be within walking distance to the main landmarks. It can get very crowded at breakfast at times, people are supposed to make reservations for breakfast but they do not check if they are really there at their assigned time.

Nice, comfortable hotel near the cityrail station. We arrived by bus from the airport - bus stop is also quite close. Really helpful staff. We were able to checkin earlier as our room was ready, also we could left our baggage in the storage after checkout. Tasty breakfast with great choice of meals for everyone (including vegan). Our room was comfortable and clean. There were glasses for wine available in the room, such a nice surprise ;)

The room was not cleaned even once during our stay, perhaps we should ask for it ;) Only trash was removed. The room was a little bit dark.

pleasantly surprised! we were greeted at the lobby with popcorn snacks and check-in was breezy. I think we got a room upgrade as we booked the cheapest room but got a room with floor to ceiling windows. I definitely recommend booking a room like this; we saw some of the ‘inside rooms’ that were tiny and no window and in hindsight i wouldn’t have booked that. our room was spectacular and huge and I think it was the lead-in room with large windows (maybe a superior room?). location was excellent - literally attached to Friends stadium, next to a huge shopping centre and short walk to Solna station. breakfast was amazing and had lots on offer, hotel asked us to book a breakfast time which actually worked well as it meant we weren’t circling the space with no available seats.

Excellent breakfast. Cleanliness. Despite the railway lines are nearby, the room was quiet (based on the absolutely hermetic windows). Although on the distance from Stockholm City center (the hotel is located in Solna city), the location is good. Direct connections with Arlanda Airport (8 stops - 30 min by commuted train No 40) ant only 2 stops - 10 min (by commuted trains No 40, 41 and 43 ?) to/from Stockholm Center. Attention, the "Arlanda airport Express" does not stop in Solna city ! About 500 m away from Solna railway station. Big Shopping center "Mall of Scandinavia" is located nearby. Finally I recommend.

The checking of the content of minibar while the guests are still in the room was absolutely unexpected and disrespectful. We didn't feel safe because of the big round windows. Mainly on the safety feeling the lateral "safety" bars-beams are required. No fresh air in the rooms, because these windows are not opened (safety reason). The recuperation-AC system works, but the individual temperature setting in the room was possible only theoretically (the reception recommendations did not work). Please keep in your mind, that it is big (high tower - 25 floor) building. On the my mind, such type hotels usually are not the best variant for family holiday, bet their are excellent for short time business visits and etc.

Staff trying to give me a cheaper room class compared to what was clearly mentioned in the booking. Pretty rude and annoying. I eventually got what was promised, but I had to escalate to management to get that. They even were trying to fool me to get the cheaper room by giving incorrect information. No idea why they did this as they would not benefit from it. Most probably unprofessional bad attitude and/or non experienced staff handling check in.

Stay was comfortable and good wifi. Facilities were good. Breakfast was excellent

An umbrella could've been kept. Local cuisine, must-visit attractions, tourist spots nearby could've been shared. Didn't know about Ekhagen Beach

Absolutely everything! Definitely the staff around the breakfast!

The only thing I can mention is the electric car chargers. I have never met with these types of chargers, and I did not see any info about them on the website either. So I had to sign up, that is ok, but I did not get any acceptation, so I could not use the chargers only from the day two. Probably it would be much easier if you can start the charging with EasyPark for example. But you can use the chargers in the Mall of Scandinavia too, so that is ok.

In many ways a perfect hotel for travel with kids. Big breakfast, comfy rooms, good service, very kid-friendly.

It is a nightmare to reach. The trai station seems close, but is really 15' away. The parking is costly. So we ended up ubering everything which ends up quite expensive for a family of 5. With hintsight, I may have booked a different hotel more conveniently located closer to Stockholm
