The STAFF - very hospitable, helpful, polite, friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Julia - she was amazing! Made us feel really welcomed and at home. The BREAKFAST was ample and delightful - everything tasted delicious. The breakfast staff did a great job! The ROOM was spacious, clean and modern. Loved that we had a corner room with view and a sitting area. The BED was very comfortable, soft and cushy. The LOCATION - super close to Mall of Scandinavia and Solna trainstation, with trains that will take you downtown. Tip! There is a shortcut to the mall from the second floor, through meeting facilities, kitchen and sitting area.

There should be more pillows in the room - preferably bigger ones. The hotel should consider investing in electric kettles and some coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Our first impression was friendly and helpful staff, the lady at the check-in allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the specified time when she checked that the room had been available. When we checked out and had the risk being late to the airport due to the crazy traffic jam in the Arena nearby, another lady kindly supported us to get a cab and communicated with the driver to assist us. The room was comfy, clean and with a spacious bathroom. Amazing breakfast with lots of delicious choices.

Location may not be the most convenient, though the hotel is close to the Arena and shopping mall, you have to walk for a while to reach the subway stations in order to get to the city center by public transport. Especially when there are some matches in the nearby Arena around the time you need to get to the airport, this could become a nightmare like what we experienced. However, this was by no means the hotel's fault, so I would say there is nothing to really complain about :)

Professional service, excellent breakfast, very well organized hotel, very friendly staff. However. Rooms are small, and the +2 celsius, -2 celsius setup is strange. A bit more warmth would had been nice.

Well, maybe a mistake... I drank 3 tequilas at Barception. The first 2 was served by one lady, the third was served a different lady. I always paid 6 cls, however... the 3rd was ina huge glass.... and the 3rd did not fit into the 2 first glass.... you know what I mean? The first 2 times I paid 6cls and got 4 cls... which is sad. Not a big deal, might be human mistake but.... well. I am not happy with this.

The staff was more then friendly. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was rich and fresh when I compare it to my usual experiences, but it was also the same during both my occasions. I did not use the gym but if there was a sauna I would have definitely stay there.

After every shower me or my mother was taking the bathroom was becoming uncomfortablly wet with no tool to wipe it a bit after usage. The room doors are heavy and they're was a noisy crash when getting in/out the room, so I was often awakening when someone else was leaving their room... I myself crashed it several times and felt a bit stressed for that.

Hotel is close to the arena and a great choice for accommodation if you attend an event. Everything was spotlessly clean, breakfast was also good, despite the crowds. The hotel prides itself as being a zero carbon emission hotel. Beds are comfortable and I slept well.

People should take into consideration that if they do not attend an event in Friends Arena, the hotel is quite remote and it takes a bit to reach the city center. Despite efforts to control attendance through slots at breakfast, it can be quite crowded and you have to have some patience. Some of the rooms face an inner courtyard, which equals not having a window. When showering, the whole bathroom floods due to the glass screen being too short, but that’s only a minor inconvenience.

Nice professional roomy hotel, good breakfast, very clean, everything you need.

- Hard to shower without flooding the entire bathroom, since there is no curtain or other effective separation. - Breakfast on Saturday started really late (7 AM). - Very poor beer selection in the bar, and the one I wanted from the menu was sold out. Also hated the music in the bar, but that's of course in the eye of the beholder. And the seats there are super uncomfortable. - I was accidentally charged twice for my room and needed a couple of phone calls/emails and had to wait a few days to get my money back. But the staff was very professional and polite in sorting this out.

Exceptional cleanliness, pleasant staff. Really convenient location and good value for money. Checking in and out was really quick and easy, with the ability to self-check-in/out.

Taxi from airport to hotel was great, as they charged a flat rate (£50). However, when departing the hotel there is no way of differentiating between pre-booked and opportunist taxi’s. We booked through hotel reception, but it wasn’t particularly clear which Taxi was intended for us. Therefore, we ended up in a taxi, that was very scruffy inside. The driver charged using a meter and it ended up costing £111, over double the amount charged by the initial taxi. He did not inform us that he charged by the meter, until he had driven away. I believe the taxi company was “Zettle_ Jarfalla & Upp.”

Good views from the hotel, comfortable and also relaxing. Perfect. Would visit again. The girls working at the reception were a pleasure (Leyla and Tina) and also the manager (Desiree) and rest of the staff who made our time and experience 10x better. I would most certainly come back here again. Excellent service.

From the minute I walked through the doors I could not have been more pleasantly overwhelmed by how kind and courteous the staff were from the minute I approach the counter they noticed me and took care of me right away. Every time I post them in the hotel when I was coming down for breakfast they were so lovely and kind and wished me a lovely day and asked if I needed any help at all just absolutely wonderful!!!!🥰

Rooms / furniture is new, neat and clean Prime location, next to mall and train station Parking is charged at nearby garage. I later came to know that there are other options available at little bit farther distance which were cheaper
