Pre booked breakfast is only SEK 95 (£7.50) which includes unlimited coffee, juices and tea. There are many breakfast options that suites all dietary requirements. Personally I really enjoy the ambience in the bar/restaurant. The beds are extremely comfortable and there is even a side pocket which is handy to store my items. Bathroom in my dorm room is small but comfortable, there is even a little space to do my makeup. In addition, a huge thanks to the receptionists and bartenders. My trip in Stockholm wouldn't be as tremendous if it weren't them. I appreciated and truly value the service from Hugo, who honestly exceeded my expectations. The service team is warm and friendly which is crucial when I was travelling alone. 10/10, this is one of the best stays ever.

Wifi speed and inconsistency. I was often disconnected in just a few minutes.

Perfect for travelling with friends, extremely close to the central city and the bar at the ground floor was an added plus.

I love how everything was well thought and all necessities were available. there is option to rent a towel, or lock etc for a small convenient fee! I wish I knew this before 😅 loved the staff and their hospitality and karaoke location is excellent

Not knowing that outside food is not allowed, so you either eat at their restaurant or eat outside their property.

People at the reception were super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good. The location is perfect. The room was big.

The private bathroom in the dormitory is a bad decision. It adds a lot of additional noise in the room and reduces the comfort. Totally not my format. For my stay, I booked a bed in the girls' dormitory. After one night I changed it to a private room. Unfortunately, even though I did an upgrade of the booking, I had to pay the whole price. I ended up with two bookings in this hotel. This is quite weird for me and I would more than appreciate if I would pay the difference between two bookings in this case.

Definitely one of best hostels I ever booked, had a lovely time - booked twice a dormitory in a 6 bedroom. Location (10 min walk to the entrance of the central station) is amazing, price/quality too, and the beds/mattresses are I must say, really comfortable! One bathroom per dormitory has it's disadvantages (if toilet is occupied you need to hope the ONLY other male toilet on the floor isn't), or advantages, but in mine experience more the latter! There are some activities going on in the busy bar (which is also the check-in reception lol) but didn't have the chance/time to join them. I'd like to send my special thanks here to (night) employer at the desk called Phil. Please make him Employer of the Month. He helped me out A LOT when I checked-in for the 2nd time after my visit to Göteborg! Thankssss, man!

One MAJOR thing I would nót understand for the love of it, is that after a while I came to the understanding that bringing your OWN food isn't allowed.....in a hostel?! Quite a pathetic way of trying to force your customers to buy smth in the cafeteria/restaurant.... Luckily, I managed to eat my own damn breakfast how and whenever I wanted it! Big shout out to employee Kess who helped me out on this matter - thank you! PS. Another tip for your guys; just a veryyy small detail, could mean a WORLD of difference; curtains! It really shouldn't cost much per bed, even it's clear you guys got the financial possibilities, but the comfy modern beds would turn out even better (+ privacy), especially those lying next to the door and/or bathroom!

Decent beds in spacious rooms. Everything was very clean, and most aspects of the rooms / communal areas felt modern. WiFi was pretty decent. Food in the bar was fairly standard. One of the nicer hostels I've stayed in in terms of cleanliness and decor.

For those who might have missed this (like I did), there's no kitchen at this hostel. In fairness, I made the assumption that there would be, so that's on me, but if you're looking to go self-catered then this isn't the hostel for you. The en-suite bathrooms also have no real sound insulation between them and the sleeping area, so if that's something that might keep you up then worth bearing in mind.

Everything was great, the room is lovely and both bathroom and room are very clean. There's a hairdryer and the sheets are clean. Staff are welcoming. I got the free beverage on my arrival that i could take whenever i wanted and there was a Swedish singer concert downstairs. Rooms are quiet and i felt safe as a solo female traveler.

The property has finally decided to stop me from using the premises for a period of two weeks under circumstances I have no idea about. I have not damaged goods stolen from unpaid bills caused inconvenience disobeyed rules had problems with roommates or the staff or negatively interacted with the staff. I pay as always for the rate as it is on Booking.com I do not want to express the thoughts in my mind, but I am not satisfied with the decision of the property through the receptionist.

That I was asked not to come back. Can I have an official protocol over the matter for future use?

Everything was perfect, it was my first trip alone and I was really happy that I chose your hostel. Karaoke nights were very fun!! The hostel is very well located! Renae was awesome!! (Not sure if her name is written like this, it was the night auditor on duty on Friday if I'm not mistaken) Renae if you're seeing this you're the best!! Thank you for making my stay better, it's the little things that make us even happier 😊

It was my first time in a hostel so it was kind of strange, like trying to make sure I wouldn't wake up my roommates, to not disturb them with lights, noise and so on. But that's normal, nothing bad I have to say about generator 🫶🏼

The location is super convenient as it’s near Cityterminalen and T-Central as well as from a walking distance from pretty much all of the usual tourist places. It’s not luxurious so if that’s what you’re looking for I’d go somewhere else, but it is comfortable enough for shorter stays, especially with bigger groups and if you plan on being on the go all the time.

Nothing to complain about really. A couple of chairs in the rooms would be a nice addition.
