I LIKED THE GINGER SHOTS THAT WERE SERVED BY THE TALL GUY IN A SUIT I LOVED THAT WE COULD ORDER OUR EGGS THE WAY WE WANT THEM AND THE CHEF MAKES THEM IN FRONT OF US...OTHER HOTELS SHOULD COPY THAT, I LIKE THAT THERE WERE TWO SIDES OF THE BUFFET I LIKED THAT THEY HAVE RITUALS SHOWER GEL AND SHAMPOO

THE ROOM SIZE WAS TOO LITTLE, ALSO I THINK ONCE YOU PAY SO MUCH FOR THE ROOM YOU SHOULD HAVE FREE ACCESS TO THE POOL AS WELL...MAKING US PAY FOR MORE IS A BIT GREEDY

First of all, I am a person that holds a VERY sensitive, ill body which is terrible when it comes to the comfort of beds especially. Most hotel beds are way too soft for me and even after the first night, I woke up feeling truly fantastic which is SO rare. The breakfast was incredible due to my food allergies being both Lactose and gluten-free. The staff overall, from the front desk to the cleaning crew was seriously magnificent, friendly, and charming and my daughter utterly loved being able to speak with them all and even get her daily high-five from the few that she meet. I CAN NOT tell you how much I enjoyed the stay all in all from the very start to the finish.

I would have loved to be able to use the swimming pool without having to pay -extra-. Other than that, I have no complaints at all.

Very good hotel; rooms are perfectly maintained (clean sheets every day is really great), very friendly staff from A to Z, good breakfast. Perfectly located within walking distance of everything. You don't have to go there just for the pool; extremely expensive and children are only allowed until 12 noon while it is really a children's pool and not an adult pool. Booking.com does not mention this on its site, which I blame them very much, with them the lie reigns once again, but that is not strange to booking.com. (The swimming pool itself on top of the roof is also very nice.) There are perfect swimming facilities elsewhere in the city to go to. A general disadvantage of the really super beautiful city of Stockholm is that Swedes have gone way beyond their limits when it comes to admitting foreigners; it is crawling. In a shopping center in the middle of the city, thieving strangers are being taken away by the police on an assembly line; not a pleasant sight. Swedes themselves are also really very friendly people and speak good English.

My friends and I stayed at Clarion Hotel Sign for five nights in August. So we could appreciate its cosmopolitan atmosphere, location and staff kindness at best. What we liked most was the services available (in particular its rooftop bar and heated swimming pool are stunning ,although they are a bit small, and its rich continental breakfast buffet where you can taste all sorts of local delicacies). What's more, its location was simply perfect. Clarion Hotel Sign is just a few minutes walk from the main station, so you don't need to catch a taxi or other means of transport to leave or arrive. Finally its reception, restaurant and SPA staff was professional, friendly and careful to make us feel at home. We warmly recommend it for short trips, longer journeys or business travels.

Breakfast and location were very good. Lots of choice at breakfast although sometimes diffficult to find seating as Hotel was full all week. Easy to walk into centre of Stockholm and use hop on hop off buses as stop nearby.

Room was OK but shower over bath had no curtain so floor was always getting wet. Wardrobe was only just big enough for one person and not two. Tea and coffee refills were not always supplied. We booked this Hotel because it had a swimming pool but on arrival we found it was closed for maintenance without any warning. Even manager did not know it was happening.

Breakfast had many choices. I was going for breakfast early, before 8:00 so it was not very crowded. The hotel is near the Stockholm shopping area and within walking distance from the central train station. Even though it is a little far from some tourist sites I used the rental electric bikes, which you could rent right outside the hotel. My room was in the 10 th floor and had a very good view of the city. Reception staff was very helpful and professional. Twice I needed their extra help and they were very helpful.

I would prefer personal toiletries.

The hotel room was modern and clean. The view was also perfect from the room. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and there was all the things you could hope for!

We were staying during New Year's in the hotel and we whose the hotel just to visit also the Spa. We wanted to book a time for a spa day for the New Year's and we went to book a time. The spa staff said that there's a New Year's party that day and we were hesitating because the price was so high (over 80euros per person) but the staff conviced there is food etc included that price. When we went there, there was only small fruits, one cold sauna and no hot water in the showers. We said this to the staff but they didn't take us seriously. In the end we went to our own room to showers. When we were leaving the hotel we mentioned about this in the hotel reception. Luckily they were friendly and said their apologies to us so after all everything got solved out.

The breakfast buffet was the best I ever had. Ginger shots, smoothie, pancakes, diy waffles, omelette, scrambled egg, oat milk, fresh cucumber, tomatoes and salad to make your own sandwiches, huge selection of bread, rolls, cereals..... Uncomplicated and extremely friendly staff. Functional rooms, but I really liked the big pictures on the wall. Kettle with coffee/tea in the room. Unfortunately no time to test the wellness area. Only 5min walking from Arlanda Express. Bus station right in front of the hotel. We loved to stay here. TACK SÅ MYCKET!!!

A little bit cold in the lobby, restaurant and room. A little bit dark, even if you turn on all lights.

Great location next to the Stockholm central station (airport train and buses, city subway, trains, many taxis). The building is impressive, clean, modern. Friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast buffet is excellent. While the hotel was busy, you can find quiet spots on the first floor to chat with your friends. I did not try the roof top bar, and that is a pity !

While being excellent, it is a rather generic business hotel. If you are looking for predictable quality, perfect. If you are looking for adventure and a special experience, this place might not be for you. Choose a room with a view on the park. A room facing the inner yard can be dark. At least, mine was.

The location is excellent for people traveling by train. The hotel is located just beside the Arlanda Express Station. The hotel is also near the metro station 'T-Centralen'. Using this metro, you can go to the Kungstradgarden metro. This place is like the center. Also, the Hop on and Hop off bus stop is very near. You can get your first bus at 10:00 am at the Ice bar.

The hotel is a little far from the bus or metro stop. You will have to walk a little. That is the only problem with the hotel, but it is excellent if you are traveling using your own car.
