Breakfast was excellent, one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. Location was great as it was near shopping and plenty of restaurants and right around the corner from the conference I was attending.

The only downside is that the room did not have any airflow. Even with the window open (which I appreciated) air just did not move well in the room. This is a very minor complaint however. Being able to open the window did help which is not something I am used to being able to do here in American hotels.

Nice location! 10 min by foot to Central station and 2 min by foot to Drottinggatan/ pedestrian street. I arrived around mid day and already received my room. Very appreciate. Single bef was spacious enough and with mattress of good quality. Excellent breakfast! Hot meals like meatballs, beens, bacon and a lot of fruits. Juice (apple and orange) was very strange. Maybe from powder.

The Room has weak isolation towards neighbors. Shower doors are not tight. Water goes out. Everything looks quite old.

Good breakfast, great spacious room, great location 10 mins walk from the central station, friendly helpful staff and a bag storage too which was useful before/after checkout.

We could hear some noise from a nearby venue 9pm-10:30pm. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence, but it stopped promptly at 10:30pm. Something to consider if you like to go to bed early/have children, although I'm sure some rooms are better than others too.

Only 10 minutes away from T-Centralen by foot, which makes it quite accessible at any time of the day. Excellent breakfast buffet!

The shower doors are built in such a way that the bathroom floor gets very wet very quickly. Someone from the cleaning staff came into my room while I was sleeping despite the fact that I hung the "do not disturb" sign outside. This was highly unpleasant to me.

what I liked the most was the aesthetic of the hotel, the facilities and the decor that it has. it is in the centre of the city so you do not have to walk too much.

what I did not like is that the staff spoke always Swedish and not all of them spoke English. that is a huge disappointment being in such big city as it is Stockholm where 90% of the people staying at hotels and international guests.

Superb location - 10 mins walk from the central station, great staff and a decent breakfast. The room was clean and cozy.

A gap between the door and the door frame let a bit more noise into the room - might be inconvenient for people with lighter sleep (especially if the room is close to lift/stairs), but it didn't bother me as much.

The location was very good. But, what was excellent was the breakfast. Never seen such a variety and such tasty breakfast. Staff was also very friendly.

The bed was not that good. We went through the bed 2 times. We made a joke of it: perhaps it is an Ikea build one.

Amazing breakfast with many choices. Great, helpful staff, who gave me a different room when there was a lot of noise outside my window.

Very far to go to my first room, but the one I got in exchange was much closer to the reception and exit.

great location, walking distance from the central station, museums, restaurants. Kettle with tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast.

the shower was small and they didnt have scale for the suitcase.

The hotel is close to the city center with good public transport connections nearby. Great breakfast with plenty options. The rooms was nice and clean, with a decent size bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful.
