Just returned from a 9 day stay at the Central hotel Stockholm. Arrived off the Arland express and on exiting the doors looked across the street and saw the Central hotel it was that close no looking around to find it and no taxi needed.The check in was very quick and the staff very friendly I was on the second for and experienced no problems with the lift during my stay. My room was more than adequate for me and unlike reviews I have read I found plenty of space to store clothes ( you sometimes have to think outside the box-i use storage cubes) the room also had plenty of sockets for recharging and nice touches like weights and a umbrella but the crowning glory was the bathroom which was fantastic I even had a chandelier in my shower. The room was cleaned by lovely staff each day. Now on to breakfast which is served in the restaurant next to the hotel(you enter by a passage joining the to) you would have to be very hard to please not to find something at breakfast good selection of hit and cold. This hotel is very well situated with the t-band metro next door and Arlanda express and Central Station within sight also lots of shops and restaurants on the door step. Would definitely stay at the Central again and recommend to friends.

The location was absolutely perfect. Really just steps from the train station with connections to metro but also easily walkable to many areas of interest. The breakfast was good and had many options (eggs, cold cuts, pastries, yogurt, cereal, tea and coffee).

The busiest part of breakfast was difficult to get a table and they seemed a bit understaffed (had to ask for clean plates to be brought out and the server was obviously stressed and working as quickly as possible to get everything sorted). There seems to be no early check in at all, which led to a long line at check in time. It's certainly within their rights to refuse early check in, but figure it's worth noting. They will hold bags for you until check in if you are early.

Thr hotel is located just outside the Central train station, in the heart of the city, surrounded by public transports and at a wolking distance fron Gamla Stän. The building is very well kept, and thr iteriors decorated in a very colorful and pleasant way. The staff is welcoming and ready to help. Thd room was quite small, with little space for luggage, but very nicely decorated. No noise came from the outside, or the inside. Breakfast is served in a very dim place (much more suitable as a pub or bistrot), but the food is delicious, and the choice very wide: super!! A very fair price, too. Cleanliness good, but can be improved.

The air ventilation in the bathroom goes on and on from 6 am to 10 pm, very noisy and annoying. The shower is of a beautiful design, but really not functional.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ProfilHotels. The rooms were decently sized and clean. We appreciated the fact our rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were fantastic, especially Tina. She was lovely to speak to and a real asset to the business. The location of the hotel was excellent, it was within walking distance of tourist destinations, restaurants and bars. I highly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was great, I just wish there was a bit more variety in hot food as I am a vegetarian.

Good Located near the central station for both away from the loud street on a patio. Very clean, very cute, furnished and wonderful breakfast offer.

The Rooms on the round circle backyard become extremely hot in the morning sun, we had twice 32° at 7 o’clock! It is impossible in the room to breathe, or to sleep without fresh air. We could not let the windows open because on the patio are all the garbage tons from the other restaurants and hotels, which are used all night. And in the morning came the garbage tracks and starts the lorry delivery to the restaurants and hotels with extreme loudness. I could not change the room after the first night, because the receptionist had forgotten my request twice! Finally, I could change after the second terrible night, and the other side was wonderful, calm, quiet and cool.

The hotel located near to the main station, and all of the important sights were in walking distance 30-45 mins. We got an upgraded King size room, which was nice and calm. Breakfast is excellent with wide range of choices for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, lactose free options. We have arrived with a dog, and at the main entrance there was a nice welcome for her as well, with some treats every day. Near to the hotel there is a nice park, which allows dogs.

In the bathroom we had a flood, due to that was not cleaned a long time. The hotel has only 2 parking spots, although we have booked prior but there was a mistake from the hotel's end and we did not have finally parking place there. Not to far we were able to find a closed parking place 495 SEK/day.

It was my first stay in Stockholm and i got lucky to experience this city when staying in this hotel! Stockholm I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay here and recommend it to other tourists and here is why: - excellent location right next to the main train station and access to all public transport. Also, very close proximity to the old town - 10 min walk on central streets - and a big shopping mall nearby , 3 min walk. Central Stockholm vibes at its best! - room was very clean. No dirty spots anywhere, no dust, comfortable spacious bathroom, clean white sheets! - receptionist lady was very friendly, smiling and greeting me, I felt like at home :) Cleaning ladies were also smiling, welcoming and quiet not to disturb the guests - amazing caring attitude! -good breakfast! Especially considering high prices in the cafes and restaurants, breakfast in the hotel was really worth its money with wide variety of hot (omlett, sausages, bacon, eggs) and cold meals (veggies, fruits, salmon), pastries. -bottle of water in the room and electric kettle is nice to have both during hot and cold days. -Hotel as a building design itself is beautiful, lounge zone is cozy.

-maybe the mattress could be a bit firmer to have more comfortable sleep , but it really depends on a person.

Beautiful decor, welcoming friendly staff, very nice room, everything clean, well looked after. The hotel is located very near to local transport and it's very easy to walk to places of interest within 5 minutes. It's in a really good location. The breakfast is great, it has a lot of variety and some local produce. Id love to visit again and would happily stay in the same hotel.

The twin beds were too close together, Id have liked it if they were further apart but this may be the norm in Sweden. The water in the water cooler was dirty, maybe from ice cubes melting? A small thing to notice but that's the only issue I had to note.

Nice hotel, good location, most staff helpful, very clean.

We informed reception that we needed to check out 6 30 am in order to catch our flight. we were promised that as we had paid for Breakfast they would arrange for a Breakfast box to be ready for us, a receptionist even wrote down our choices. Upon arriving to check out a receptionist went to the kitchen area only for a member of catering staff to come out, she told us that there was no such thing as a Breakfast box and that we should go into the restaurant, we had no time to do this and were instead offered orange juice by a male member of staff who appeared out of the office.

The room is spacious, clean and very well designed and offers free bottles of water, hairdryer, as well as shampoo/body wash. The complimentary breakfast is also a highlight! The location is also extremely convenient (less than 10 mins walk to the train station/metro station). The staff are also very friendly (would greet me with a smile, which definitely makes my day better).

The hotel door is locked at 12 am, so you will have to ring the bell and have the staff open the door for you.
