Great location with a modern 1920s vibe. Bed is super comfortable and shower is great!

I chose an interior with no window which I didn’t love but the price was right. Room is pretty warm. Tried to adjust air but didn’t seem to work.

I am always anxious about what I am going to find when I arrive at a hotel I have booked on line. As I walked the 10 minutes from the train station up a crowded and busy shopping street I was uneasy about the location of this hotel. But when I turned the corner into Haymarket I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is Art Deco style on the west side of Haymarket, which was full of flower stalls on the evening I arrived, with a very pretty champagne bar on the pavement facing the square. So far so good. After an efficient check in with pleasant English speaking hotel staff I went to my room on the 5th floor. It wasn’t huge but was big enough, very comfortable, air conditioned and beautifully decorated, again in art deco style. I chose this hôtel because it had bikes which were available and we made good use of to see the city In summary, great location, very comfortable and highly recommended. (we never have breakfast so cannot comment other than it smelt delicious when the lift stopped at the breakfast room level)

We enjoyed our time at Haymarket. It boasts a very convenient location to the Central bus and train stations, an underground station, and numerous bus and tram stations. Breakfast was very good and delicious - fresh and local as well as continental.

The interior didn't look perfectly maintained and I personally didn't find the bed very comfortable. We needed to find a way to turn off the air-conditioning because we didn't enjoy the cold coming out of it and asked one of the receptionists how to do that but he told us that there was only one person in charge and he wasn't there. We found a way to stop it, though.

The location is really very good - you are close to everything you might want to do in Stockholm. The building is lovely too, and it's a pleasant ambiance in the hotel, including the lobby and the bar. The staff were friendly and everything worked fine. The room was comfortable and I appreciated the dressing table with mirror - nice touch! We also ate in one of the hotel restaurants one night and enjoyed it - not fantastic, but definitely fine if you are caught on a rainy day and don't want to leave the building as we were! I would definitely come back here.

Nothing was really bad. I suppose it was a bit annoying the coffee was not replenished during a cleaning, so we had to ask for some at reception, but this is trivial and let's face it, that's not going to ruin your life or your holiday. Maybe good to know that as the hotel faces a fairly busy square, there can be music and noise - for us it didn't interfere with our sleep, as it was mostly street performers during the day, but if you are a very light sleeper or needing to sleep in the day, I suppose it could irritate you.

LOVE Haymarket by Scandic. No brainer, stay here. Actually don't, I want to keep this gem to myself. 1920's deco, high end, fun atmosphere, charming, spacious, inviting hotel. The lobby bar is amazing, wonderful vibe especially at night, they have a great restaurant too, and the included breakfast is 100% delicious. The rooms are cute and do the trick. The location is super central, absolute best, at the heart of Normalm, easy to get to the Old Town, Ostermalm, the waterfront & beyond. The standout is the reception, by far the best I've experienced - friendly, warm, helpful, amazing suggestions for things to do, places to go, eat and drink, and beyond. Both Julia's at the front desks gave me killer recommendations & chose the best hotel rooms, super friendly, kind and helpful. Toby at the bar gave me 5 bar recommendations that were all incredible. I'd move into the Haymarket if I could, great spot.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. The service provided by the staff was friendly and attentive. The bed was comfortable and big. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the overall vibe was relaxed and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a convenient stay.

In the morning, I had to deal with some construction noise, which was a bit bothersome. Later on, we had the misfortune of having noisy neighbors, but I understand it wasn't the hotel's fault. Unfortunately, it made it difficult to sleep in during the weekend. It did affect the overall experience a bit. However, aside from that, everything else was absolutely fantastic.

The location is phenomenal! Really close to the central station and you have so many restaurants, pubs and stores nearby. The room was perfect for my business trip. Comfortable pillows, nice decoration and even a mini fridge!

The hotel really isn't soundproof so I heard a lot of door slamming, people walking around, kids crying, etc. Was a bit bothersome when I was having business calls, but nothing catastrophic. Sadly the room wasn't the cleanest; a lot of dust and the shower had gunk in the corner from not being cleaned. I know it's an incredibly large hotel, but please pay attention to such things. Seeing how dirty the TV and remote was, made me not use it in the end. And speaking of TV - why can't we just chromecast content to the TV? Expecting us to have an hdmi with us to connect a device to a tv, in 2023, is silly.

It was absolutely stunning. The decorations and style are beautiful. The room was exactly true to the photos online when you book. The bed was super comfortable, there was air conditioning, a window that opens a little, and a large closet to hang your dresses/nicer formal wear. The breakfast buffet was delightful, with lots of options from hard boiled eggs to waffles to meatballs to omelettes.

The doors need to be closed quite forcefully in order to lock. I tried to be as quiet as possible, but it was sometimes difficult.

Hotel is a short walk to the train station where you can get the Arlanda train to/from the airport. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious (large twin) with comfortable beds, fridge in room, iron, hairdryer and safe. Bathroom had a good shower. Loved the art deco hotel features. Excellent breakfast selection. Gym had good facilities. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Bus stop right outside the hotel to get the tour bus or local bus around Stockholm.

The room had an air cooling system (not air conditioning). Bathroom was small.

Location.. can't be any better The breakfast was fully stacked with everything you could think of, and the staff at the breakfast restaurant were very courteous Overall, great staff, from front desk,restaurant to cleaners. Feels like they really focused on the guests.
