Wasa Park Hotel

We spent three days with my friend in a shared bathroom room. We were delighted as the hotel was worth it considering the price. The hotel has a vintage style with paintings everywhere, antique furniture, and a crystal chandelier. Convenient location, 5 minutes from the metro and bus stop to the airport. The staff was very polite and accommodating, helping us with everything. We were worried about the shared shower, but in vain, everything was very clean, considering that the hotel was fully booked, there were no queues, as there are several bathrooms. But I would recommend bringing some slippers to walk from the bathroom to the room. The breakfast was delicious. The staff provides a hairdryer upon request. We are very satisfied and grateful.

Everything was great, especially for such a price, the only downside was that it was a bit cold in the room at night, although the radiators were working, but I think it's just cold Swedish nights.

Felt more like a traditional B&B than a hotel. My single room was very small but had everything I needed and the fact that the bathrooms were in the hall was never a problem. There was an excellent breakfast and the gluten-free bread provided on request was very thoughtful. The location was in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the city centre and perfect for the Airport bus and access to the metro.

Compared to the UK and many other countries in Europe, the cost of this type of basic accommodation was very high, but it seems that this is generally the case in Stockholm.

Good location super close to S:t Eriksplan metro station (maybe 3-5 min walk) and right across the street from bus stop for the airport bus (Flygbussarna). It was a little far for walking to Gamla Stan in the winter, but the metro made it easy to get everywhere. Breakfast was great (rolls, meats, cheese, boiled eggs, vegetables, yogurt, muesli, granola, cottage cheese, juice, coffee, etc). Beds were comfy! Furnishings, bedding, and wallpaper were a little older, but our room and private bathroom were warm and immaculate. Didn't hear any noise from outside--slept wonderfully! Wifi worked perfectly. Communication with hotel was great--late check-in was easy. Definitely recommend!

Breakfast is included, the hotel is in a central location, close to the subway and bus stations. It is across the street from the airport shuttle stop. Very quiet location at night. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. All in all, excellent choice for the price.

Due to the hotel layout, bathrooms are shared with other guests (as mentioned in the hotel description). Breakfast is taken in the common area situated between rooms, but this is a very minor issue.

It is a nice and small hotel. An excellent price/value ratio with a very friendly stuff. The Airport Bus (Flybussen) hat a stop in front of the hotel. So the reachability is excellent. Because we don't mind walking, the central station is in approx. 1.5 km distance. There is also a Europcar office. The public transport (busses) stops in front of the Hotel and still it is in the night not noisy or it smells the exhaustion fumes. Yes, it is no problem to sleep with an open window. The breakfast buffet were sufficient.

A stand for the suitcase would improve the comfort - instead the suitcase is always on the floor - no worries.

We stayed 2 nights for stop over at Stockholm. Flybussarna from airport to city and backwards stops right in front of the hotel is very very convenient. St Erikplan metro station is 2 minutes walk from hotel. Location is good, street is not noisy. Room was okey with bathroom. the bathroom is one step higher than the room, but is understandable as the building is not new and redesigned to be a hotel. Staff was not good in English speaking but we managed to communicate as we did not have a problem during the stay. Breakfast was okey.

Really charming rooms and the breakfast was nice. The shared bathrooms in the hallway were clean, there are three bathrooms in total (+1 extra Restroom without shower) and and we never had to wait (weekends). We really like the look of the hotel (& room) and the location of the hotel is also great (lots of nice coffee places, bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores and the Vasa Park). Everything was within walking distance and the bus & Tunelbanan also stop right outside the door. See you soon!

Everything was great, but the only thing I would wish for next time is oat milk for coffee and cereal.

We had the studio - good location, but still a very quiet area, also on a Friday-Saturday visit. It felt like a home, with nice curtains and thick carpet. The carpet can of course be a problem for a allergic person.

Breakfast room could have been better attended, especially when limited time, 30 min, for the breakfast. Now we had to wait 15 minutes for coffee, and in two seconds the coffee was gone in the coffee pot, so no chance for a second cup.

Cozy stylish apartment near the city centre (15 minutes on foot). Bus stop from Arlanda airport and nearest metro station in 3 minutes. Warm room with really comfortable beds, clean bathroom, great view from the window. Good breakfast, pleasant staff.

Tiny walls, so there were a lot of noises from the neighbours at the morning: child cries and etc. However, earplugs can help with that. Also there were no hot meals for breakfast. Nevertheless, bread, cheese, different kinds of sausage and oatmeal with milk and jogurt were great.

This hotel is very well localized, just a hundred meters away from the metro station, which can bring you to stockholm central station in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly at check-in, and also provided everything we asked for, including one extra towel and a hair drier. The bathrooms were shared but they were clean and relatively confortable. We did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast because we left too early, but we were informed that the hotel asks for the guests to book a breakfast time to avoid overcrowing the breakfast room, which is also a positive thing.

Our room was the one closest to the reception and the entry, and thus it was not so quiet.
