The hotel is near the center and near the metro station. Good breakfast, but little choice for vegans - only plant-based milk and yogurt. There is a sauna, you need to book at the reception and there is no extra charge. The rooms are small, the beds are comfortable.

Directly next to Connect Hotel the house and courtyard is under renovation. As this house is sharing the same walls, it results in hammer, drill and noise starting at 7 am. And a bad smell of burned plastic and asphalt in the entire Hotel. There are notes, even in the lift, that this is all not harmful to my health - but I would rather like to escape from this and never smell it again. If I had known before I would have definitely booked somewhere else.

- no kettle in the room, tea/coffee is served for additional charge - no mini-fridge in the room - you can hear laughing and talkings of your neighbours upstairs - some weird noice from the walls in the morning , like something is lifted on the rope by the mechanical mechanism. Maybe it's a warming system of the hotel, idk

The breakfast was varied. If you are leaving before the breakfast begins, you have the possibility to come earlier and make your own sandwich to go. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. The location is great. I would recommend to visit Rålambshovsparken near the hotel. You have 2 stops to the central station.

It would be better if there was another hook for the towel in the bathroom. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, so if you are sensitive to the noise from the hallway, bring earplugs. It would be better if anyone would gently close the door like the shield on the door says. But unfortunately, the people don't really care for their neighbours.

I liked the cleanliness and good organisation of the rooms, the general proximity to central Stockholm, the breakfast, the staff, and the generous seating area in the foyer. The staff were very good to allow me to stay in the foyer and use the hotel's internet connection while my room was being prepared. Access to shelves of books (in the foyer) and thirteen television channels allowed for some entertainment when needed.

I did not like the fact there were often voices in the streets below my room and the fact that the soap canister was rather stiff. I also did not like the complicated system for entering the hotel during the evening; it was cumbersome. The bed was comfortable but the bedsheets were rather small.

It has a really great location, just a few minutes away from the metro station (blue and green line) that will take you in the city really fast. The bed was also really comfortable and the Hotel was in a really quit location. The breakfast was also good, nothing extraordinary, but the usual was there.

The rooms were a bit on the small side, but it did not really bother us as we barely spent any time there except for sleeping. There was no wardrobe, just three small shelfs on the wall in our room.

Loved every part of our stay there. The receptionists that was working when we got there went above and beyond his duty and definitely deserves a raise. He was a blond gentleman, unfortunately didn't get his name. Room was clean and compact. Had great sleep there. Bed had a super comfortable mattress. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of options. Bathroom was small but well designed. Would recommend it to anyone staying in Stockholm. They have a storage room to leave your luggage before/after your stay if you want to use more time exploring the city without extra baggage. It is located only a few metro stops from T- Centralen and about 30 minutes walk to Rådhuset. This is definitely a place to stay whenever I go to Stockholm. :)))

- location; - sauna availability for the guests: after a long walk through the Stockholm it felt so good to relax and take of the pressure from the mussels in the sauna; - breakfast in the hotel was a good one, a lot of diversity and what was important for me plant based milk and ginger shots ; - stuff was really pleasant and nice 😊

- there was something about the windows system that you cannot make them half open or put them into ventilation mode, only open fully, might be a good idea to check this out;

- Excellent breakfast! - Very good location - close to the metro, supermarkets and restaurants. - Super comfy and spacious lobby&bar with lots of books - suitable both for friendly chats, chilling out after a long day and work-related meetings.

not enough lights, rather dark in the room and in the bathroom, which is a challenge for the make-up

We updated from Windowless Queen Room to a Standard Double Bed Room. The upgrade took no time and both the rooms were ready when we arrived, which was very nice as we came a bit early. The staff was great and the location was superb! The room was very nice as well!

I would really recommend upgrading the room if you want to make your stay more pleasant if you are travelling with a partner. Not only the room got bigger and with a better airflow, the bed got firmer and nicer, the other one was like a trampoline 😅
