An elevator would of been good as I had a few big bags and was on 3rd floor.

+ At the time of writing this review the hotel is well under-rated, our weekend there was a really nice and pleasant surprise, especially given that the cost was quite reasonable -> great value for money + The real highlight was the breakfast, which offered a variety of choices of hot and cold dishes otherwise seen in 4- or 5-star hotels + The staff was friendly and helpful and let us check out 1 hour late without any complications or additional fees

The breakfast time window is 7.30-9.30am, which is fine, but not the most generous one. Most 3-star hotels offer breakfast until 10am (some even until 10.30am), which is appreciated by travelers that want to take it easy and sleep in a bit during their weekends or holidays.

It was our second stay in the hotel during this winter season and I can only reiterate the previous remarks: + Great value for money + Excellent breakfast for this hotel standard + Friendly and helpful staff

The only (minor) thing that I could complain about is a relatively short breakfast window (7.30-9.30am), which may or may not be troublesome for visitors, depending on preferences.

A very nice cozy hotel. Breakfast is simple, but you have food of all kinds - eggs, sausages, vegetables and fruits, bread, etc. We didn't have any allergy restrictions, so no comment about it. Restaurants close by for dinner. Spacious, clean and quite equipped room. Kids were impressed that they had a TV in their chamber too! :-) Parking is just a few meters away from the hotel. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Should we ever come back to Bad Ragaz, we will stay in this hotel for sure!

Pillows could be a bit harder/thicker, but this is a tiny detail. ;-)

I arrived at one o’clock in the night and it was very convenient to find key at safe box. The bedlinen was perfect.the breakfast was nice, different grilled vegetables, cheese, smth like antipasti, ets. The location is great — in the center but quiet small street, close to Tamina therme and to bus stop (if only you need bus to reach station, its 10—15 min to walk to station).

The location was perfect for our needs. We like walking and it is very close to hill walks and trails. It is a few minutes from the town which is perfect. It was very quiet when we were there.The breakfast menu was excellent and abundant.The staff were very friendly.

We liked everything.....

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. We had to leave at 6:30am and they kindly prepared breakfast early so that we could enjoy their amazing buffet. The room was spacious, clean, with a mini fridge and water kettle and the front desk was super kind as was the morning chef. there was also a fantastic Italian restaurant right down the street. I would definitely recommend staying here!

everything was great!

spacious room with second bedroom, clean, nice balcony, good tv and fridge, good furniture. great value for money (considering discount we've got). 10m walk to tamina therme, quiet area.

poor water pressure, not very good pillows. quite heavy smell in the lobby which was unpleasant. constant noise of ventilation when you sit outside.

I think they gave us much bigger room than we'd booked! Breakfast is just fantastic! At first, the restaurant seems so small that afterwards you can't believe they arranged such a rich buffet in such a small space! You have lots to choose from, that many even much bigger hotels I visited can't propose
