The hotel is located centrally in Sargans, at the same time very well accessible from the motorway, which was good for us as we were just stopping by for one night. The hotel is nice, clean, personnel is very helpful and kind. Rooms kept in nice order. Breakfast good with a variety of Swiss cheese. The guest can use the coffee machine in the breakfast room (free of additional charge) also during the night starting 23:00. Parking suitable for big cars and vans too.

The hotel was somewhat maze-like - as it is composed of various connected buildings (nothing horrible however, just be aware). The lobby and the reception is really tiny and as we, a group of seven, arrived it was completely full.

Very spacious room, more of an appartment really, with two bedrooms and a large living room. Lots of storage space in cupboards and drawers. Large bathroom with two sinks, shower and bath tub. The room seemed great for a longer stay. Good breakfast served in a very nice room with one wall open to the outside. Portable A/C in the room.

Situated right at the main intersection, traffic was a bit noisy in the early morning hours. Due to the extreme heatwave we slept with the windows open, which sort of explains that. The floors were sort of sagging, which could give a drunk feeling when getting out of bed. No big deal though! Unfortunately the portable A/C did was leaking water, so it could not be used for long.

I last stayed at the Hotel Post more than 30 years ago. It was good then. It is brilliant now. A lovely quiet room with a very comfortable bed, so effectively sound-proofed that I could hear nothing of a party (including a drummer) that was in a nearby function room. A good en-suite bathroom. An excellent smorgasbord breakfast. A restaurant with an extensive menu. And very pleasant and helpful staff.

We really love the place, everything was clean and the service was great! We came with our dog and she was treated really well by the staff and they even gave her some surprises in our suite. Breakfast was very good and varied and the dinner we had at the restaurant inside the hotel was also very delicious. Location is great also, very few minutes away from the train station.

Warm welcome, after an extremely frustrating and tiring few days. Comfortable bed. Everything clean and working. Drink on arrival is a nice touch where there are no drinks facilities in the room.

Price is very high (although very reasonable for the area).

Breakfast was very good, plenty of food which over my expect. The room was very clean, the shower water was fine flow, it was my first time to use it, very comfortable. The welcome drink was very good, it also my first time to have it , very nice.

Room is very big and comfortable for families and also good location to be the basis for Flumsberg. Just attention to go to the mountains early morning because the police sometimes stop de street because public parking is full.

Breakfast could have more options

The location, the sparkling mineral water, most staff were friendly and welcoming, the bathroom wasn't big but well designed for functionality the view is quite good too.

It would be better if the breakfast could have more choices

Room was large clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. Breakfast was also excellent with good selection of hot and cold food.

Being woken at 0225 and again around 0500 by revellers shouting, laughing and making a general noise. Extremely disrespectful.

Location is unbeatable - less than 10 min easy walk from train station, and literally 30 seconds from the bus stop (great if you want to hop on a bus to Liechtenstein!). Breakfast had good variety and view of mountain from the breakfast room was great. Staff was very very kind.

Shower had a strange water stream - very narrow and strong (a little bit painful) and didn’t seem possible to adjust.
