The building is beautiful, with great furniture from past times. Our room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. At the reception you can purchase entries for the thermal bath at a discount rate.

We had a huge terrace but the lounge furniture was damaged and not very inviting to sit on.

Location and castle double room was a must. The more modern rooms were separated from the main property.

I did have a rude waiter at breakfast that asked me to move my coffee from the table and use a plate. This could have been handle more effectively by simply saying and performing the task instead of being rude and raising of their voice.

Lovely location in a big park, very calm and peaceful. Very nice, big room with a large balcony and parking outside.

The restaurant was disappointing. Felt like eating at Migros, both in terms of quality and environment. Very expensive for what it was. Not commensurate with the quality of the rest of the hotel/services.

Room has a kitchenette , breakfast was ample, location in the woods with magnificent views, lovely spa, good masseuse, beautiful towels.

Room was a bit cold and very basic, not really 3 star quality. The way to the spa was dark, needs more lighting. Mattress should be turned as it is wearing unevenly.

The nachtportier was extremely nice and cheerful. The bedroom had a view on the Alps, so waking up was romantic and mystical. The surrounding area, the gardens is amazing and we enjoyed every cm of it.

There were some bugs and flies in the bedroom and as well during the breakfast.

Peaceful location and easy access for the spa and the golf course. Very helpful & friendly staff. Restaurant at the Chateau is very convenient. The walk into town is not too far though. Swimming pool is just next to the annex apartments. Maienfeld and Heidiland also within walking distance. Pizolbahn is just a short bus ride.

Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. They upgraded us as it was my birthday! Our room was modern, very comfortable and reasonably sized. The castle part of the hotel is very traditional and beautiful. Set in picturesque gardens, a short walk away from the golf course and thermal baths. Attentive staff in the restaurant. Good selection of fresh food (lots of different bread choices, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, eggs etc.) for breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location, and had a great menu for dinner. The breakfast was amazing! they also offer a nice spa and massages. Its close to a great golf course.

My room was in a separate building like where the hotel workers sleep. So it was nothing special. There are only a few rooms available in the "castle" most are in separate buildings.

The room inside the castle was very nice, big and clean with a wonderful view. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of cupboard space. The breakfast was good. The gardens and trees very relaxing.

The atmosphere of the "Restaurant" and Breakfast room was very different from the castle. More like a canteen and did not fit the elegance of the castle. We would rather have had the breakfast in the bar area inside the castle. A shame that there was a lot of Road noise when we sat on the balcony.

Location in quiet area of Bad Ragaz, close to thermal spa and golf course. Rooms in the Annex are spacious and well equipped. And there is a very cosy bar in the castle. Staff exceptionally competent and friendly, contributing to a most enjoyable stay.
