The restaurant ! We did not rate the restaurant menu or the staff , we are well seasoned travellers and used to varying menus , but the chef wants to be too clever and it doesn’t work and the staff were snappy . We waited over an hour at our table before having water brought to us and a further 30 mins to have our meal served . if you’ve had a long drive and you’re tired and it’s purely a night stop this is not a recommendation. you’d be better off eating out . Went to bed hungry! The breakfast wasn’t great either!!

Location and room were excellent, very quiet and comfortable with everything you need. The restaurant was really nice, this time the weather was bad, so we used the indoor restaurant, but their outdoor restaurant, where we ate last time, was great as well. Good food and wonderful service both times.

Nothing, except that the floor in the shower is extremely slippery, a risk especially for older folks like us, and it buckles when you stand in the shower. They should put some anti-slip mats down.

Breakfast: Delicious breakfast buffet with a wonderful selection of cheese and pastries (esp. croissant and pain au chocolat). There were lots of other options as well! Some tables had a wonderful view of the garden/woods. Room: Comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden/woods. The bathroom was large and wheelchair accessible. Parking: There are parking spots right next to the hotel.

Room: There was no water heater or tea selection for those who love tea/coffee. Didn't want to trouble the staff by requesting for things.

Nice garden and garden bar/restaurant. Good breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool, while we enjoyed a cocktail in the lounge outside, next to the pool 🙂 Friendly staff.

The breakfast was a bit understaffed which resulted sometimes in no croissants, no butter… Staff members remained friendly though and did their very best in helping everyone out as soon as possible. A small coffee maker in the room would have been nice (now you had to go down to get one)

air con printed into bathroom entrance and not bedroom so was quite hot. could do with separate shower and not have to climb into the bath. need to consider the older generation for mobility in rooms.

It was perfect location and facility for a short getaway from the city. Your staffs were all friendly and responsive to the situation.

It was also my fault, not checking beforehand that their restaurant isn't open on Mondays. It could have been nice to try their food and just go to the next door for a dinner. There was WiFi but the connection was weak in our room. That was slightly pity not to have it to watch a film or something at the night but it was also fine not to have an internet during the getaway.

A lovely setting for a relaxing break. the restaurant is excellent as are all the leisure facilities. The bedroom was also very good and comfortable.

We had a room with an accessible bathroom which meant that it all got very wet when showering - not a huge problem perhaps but the floor became slippy and dangerous. As the restaurant is closed on Sunday we had to take a taxi to a (wonderful) nearby restaurant- be warned of high taxi fares a 3km trip cost €45 !!!

We arrived late unannounced as fir flight canelation. We had a warm welcome andcwere upgraded with an extra room. The Hotel is fully renovated much nicer than the pictures show. Our room was more like a big suite. Gorgeous. Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Next day we enjoyed the spa a lot, waiting for our flight back home, not to mention the breakfast eccellent, and an amazing biological thea - bar. Also great coffee. Yes Jenny you made our stay an unexoected ***** thanks a lot. We will return most certainly.

Around noon the restaurant was closed, but there us a really good steakhouse “Boeuf Rouge” nearby, ask the hotel staff!

Friendly and helpful staff. Camille in particular who did a wonderful job and was always smiling and very helpful ! A real delight for the customers 😊 Place was quite and clean and the bed was really comfortable.

No door/glass between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, turned out really slippery and was quite dangerous. No warm dishes for breakfast (eggs, beacon,...)

Very friendly staff, everything is clean an well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a little play date for kids in the room. We felt very welcomed as a family and the overall atmosphere was very nice. The perfect stayover after a terribly long day on the road.

The sofabed was not as comfortable as the regular bed (which was excellent) – but that’s to be expected and we would book the room again anytime.
