Excellent Hotel with Great Location and Breakfast!One thing that stood out to us was the hotel's exceptional customer service. After checking out of our room, they were kind enough to let us leave our car on the premises for a few extra hours, allowing us to explore the city a bit more without any worries. Moreover, the hotel provided a quiet and comfortable space equipped with wifi for my son to attend an online meeting. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The overall experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of its great location, delectable breakfast, and attentive service made for an unforgettable stay. We look forward to returning in the future!

There were two bottles of water in the room. We were three of us.

Both the hotel and the room exceeded our expectations. It was in a great location in a very quiet spot, yet close to all of Basel's main attractions. The check-in and -out were very smooth and easy, and none of the staff could be faulted. (Damien on reception was particularly helpful.) Any queries we had were dealt with immediately and courteously. We really liked the interesting building, the various sitting areas with complimentary fruit and hot drinks, and the garden. We also loved the attention to detail in our apartment - beautiful lighting in the bedroom, eco-friendly toiletries, complimentary water bottles, an umbrella to use for rainy days, comfortable beds, plus a decent kitchen and bathroom.

It would be helpful for Odelya to provide more photos of the apartment itself, in particular, of the bathroom, the kitchen, the seating areas and the balcony. These are areas that guests are most interested in if they're upgrading to a whole apartment rather than just booking a single hotel room. The current 3 photos don't do it justice. Saying this, when I asked for the hotel to send me some, they did oblige.

booked due to proximity to airport and accommodations of staff and for that they are a 10. the staff held out large duffle for 1 week free of charge-wow!- while we backpacked your Europe for 9 days. they also helped with an unexpected international shipment. coffee 24/7 also a bonus.

not the most comfortable for us bc the heat and thunderstorm plus lack of mosquito nets that summer eve kept windows closed and made it very stuffy overnight. also, a mini frig (even if coming) or available Ice would have made a big impact on score.

We stayed in one of the apartments and it was fantastic. Plenty of space for 2 children and a dog to occupy themselves on a rainy morning when we couldn’t get into town. Cleanliness was great. The facilities in the kitchen were excellent (although we had to buy two mugs for tea, trying to make do with an espresso cup for three days just didn’t work).The beds were comfortable. The hotel itself has a bit of history which is interesting. The conference facilities looked very good, although we didn’t use them. The walk into the old town took 5 minutes and there are some nice restaurants close by.

Big family room in a peaceful location but still just a few minutes from the city center. Lovely almost park size garden where we had a great breakfast from the hotel and enjoyed our own lunch and dinner. The locals go for a swim in the river and pack their clothes in a waterproof bag - this can be borrowed at the reception. Fun experience! Staff are very friendly and helpful and there is free water and fruit available.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. After a long drive from the North of Italy, we were greeted by warm reception staff. The garden area was wonderful, perfect for a night walk with our dog. The room was perfect - the design was incredibly intentional. No complaints!

At one point, we were woken up by a very high pitched sound, we thought due to the pipes. Luckily, we fell right back asleep but it continued until we woke up later.

very clean and spacious room. Felt very modern and was in a great location. Easy bus and tram access.

Communication about how to take the bus from the airport would have been helpful. We ended up walking half a mile with our 2 small kids and lots of luggage in tow because we were wrong about what stop to take.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was very lovely. They also got dairy free and gluten free options. My daughter turned 13 the day we were there. They made the day very special with special treats. Thank you so much!

Breakfast was good! Fresh and local offerings. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Even though I was too early for breakfast on one day and I had to rush to a meeting, I got offered a coffee by the receptionist. Which was very kind.

Could be nice to have had conditioner and lotion in the bathroom.

The breakfast is a bit monotonous Main entrance should be luggage friendly. Perhaps a ramp could be installed.
