Very nice apartment, big, fully equipped. Good location - very close to the station and walking distance to the city center.
Customer Service wasn’t on the best level - they were responsive, but not solving the issue. First the Basel card was not in the apartment and I need to request it again twice, before I received it on the second day afternoon. Then I asked for storage access and despite paying for it a day in advance I wasn’t provided with the code, I received twice wrong instruction, where the storage is in the building, code was active from 3pm when check out was at 10am - again I had to call 4 times and waste almost an hour to get it solved.

The location is great - 3-5 minutes walk form the central station. Comfortable check-in, entrance in building and appartment with a passcode, which spares the trouble of carrying a key around. Design of the appartments are pleasant and you have everything that you may need for your comfortable stay there. It is great value for money. It is also quite although it is located near the central station. There is also a bar/restaurant on the ground floor, however I haven't visited it unfortunately. The kitchen is also great, which a dish washer, various dishes, pan, kettle, coffee machine and a pan. Everything is very tidy.
I didn't like that you should check the inventory list as you check-in and report if anything is missing/damaged, or they may charge you for this. When you come as a tourist, you do not really have time for this. Moreover, it is not my responsibility to rate the condition of the place and report it.

Big, clean, nicely furnished, great location
We booked just a few hours before arriving the first night of two. We didn’t have the Basel cards in the room which I guess is understandable given the short notice. But we didn’t get them day 2 or 3 either, despite numerous calls and emails. It looks like customer service didn’t get the word to cleaners. When we talked to cleaners they had not been contacted. On last morning we waited in all 45 minutes in the lobby, in the room as instructed, calling several times and chasing cleaners. No cards. Consequently we couldn’t benefit from any Basel card advantages during our stay and had to pay full fare for local transport and sights.

Great location, blocks away from the train station, walking distance to parks, etc.
It was really hard to communicate and get responses from anyone on customer service. I actually never received a response about my issue with the code for the main door, and I stood waiting outside the building for almost an hour.

Always come here when I’m must come to Basel , it’s always nice !
unfortunately someone entered my room without warning , luckily I was having a coffee, but I could be at the shower or even clothe-less , and wasn’t checkout day . Guys from Vision Apartments, Plan better with your cleaning team those things , that also happened before .

It was clean and modern. Good location for what we wanted. Found a nice marketplace. Ideal for catching trams and trains. We came from the airport, and the bus into town was very easy to catch and easy to find the location of the apartment from there.
I don't like the lack of human contact. Everything was fine, but had anything gone wrong, I'm not sure what I could have done. This is mostly down to my age and lack of confidence in all things electronic ! The room was extremely hot, and we weren't able to open a window. The design of the bed didn't suit our age group either. It has a kind of running board all around the side of the bed, which you have to kind of leap over! We had a similar bed at home once (trying to be trendy), but it drove us mad, and we got rid of it.

Good location. It had everything we needed. Although we were a bit confused about rules regarding using the hob. Why provide it and put restrictions for using. Someone said that they have lots of longer term residents and there is a big communal kitchen. I guess that solve the problem.
Nothing I could think of. We left one day earlier as our flight was at night time, I booked an extra night. Communication wasn't that great. I asked a question, I didn't really get a straight answer. But it worked out alright in the end.

This is a no-frill apt-hotel that's well located close to Banhoff Station and the major trams interchange point. Easy access to the zoo and markthalle. My room was modern and comfortable with ample wardrobes. My checking-in went smoothly as the door code was supplied and worked fine. I had to supply ID's for it and for the Basel e-card, an additional questionaire. All these had to be done prior via emails. Even without a reception, I found everything I needed, ie extra towels, toiletries etc from housekeeping when they came through. I was told if I missed them coming by, I could email customer service and they would deliver. I was offered a Rm Service on my 5th day. We went to the roof-top swimming pool everyday and found the water quality b/w acceptable and very good (see photo attached showing the water quality). I had a One-bedroom apt 45 sq m facing the internal courtyard and it was great (see photo re: views fr the apt) There was no AC in the room and when I asked customer service by email about how to turn up the ducted fan speed, they offered me a portable fan. Windows are openable slightly on the top or widely to one side as they are two-way hinged. With temp bw 21-28 C during my stay, I wasn't uncomfortable at all. Breakfast cost EUR17.50 which wasn't well publicized. Coffee machines in room are of the manual type that require ground coffee. BYO: shower gel, power adaptor (see photo), dishwasher tablets, tissues, slippers, laundry powder and kitchen towels if you intend to cook. Basic utensils, cutlery crockery all supplied. The real bonus for me is the free laundry facility, and for others, may be the gym and the communal kitchen that is accessible to the courtyard. People often smoke there so I avoided it. PS the restaurant serves lunch (as well as B'fast) til about 3:30pm weekdays. I have attached a photo a menu.
BYO dishwashing tablets. Wouldn't it be in Management's interest to encourage guests to clean up after themselves so to alleviate the H/keepers' workload? Also, they supply Shampoo and hair conditioner however, not soap nor shower gel! There should be one spare rubbish bin liner at the bottom of the bin too.

We really enjoyed this stay! The location was a five minute walk to the train station and a 10-15 min walk to old town (but it was a very nice walk!) We liked having a kitchenette with table and chairs plus a seating area. A bonus was a huge balcony with a table and chairs as well. Very nice shower.
The bed and the sofa and chairs were very hard, but we were so tired from our daily explorations that we still slept well. It took a minute to figure out the lights and shutters but that might be more because we're American and ours don't work like that.

Location, price
There was a smell of the onion in the room, someone was cooking before us. Ventilation system that you can not turn off. It was working all day and night it was hard to sleep with the noice it was making. We did not get Basel Card at check in. Even we tryed to contact the host of the appartment, they where not responsive even thought they say they are available 24h/7. So if we would wait for them we would pay extra price for traveling around with trains and buses and for Musical we went to see. So we need to go to turist office and they made Basel card for us. So very dissapointed with host. And they charged for the breakfast, even thoug there wasn’t any and still did not return the money.
