Perfect apartment with 2 rooms and dining. One bath room. Good location. You can reserve parking prior the stay. We had our parking taken by someone but the staff told found us an alternative solution minutes after a contacted them. Train and all public transport access with the stay. Remote check in. Very secure and safe place. I didn't see lifts in the building. Gladly I was staying in the ground floor which was easy to move the baggage. Two smart TV where you can watch YouTube. Good for the kids. Quite at night. Big master room.

Air conditioning was not as expected. It is the water cooling type not with split unit. We stayed during summer hot day and the machine can cool one room only. You can open the window as it is cool at night but we were at the ground floor so we were not sure about opening the windows at night. The kettle was dirty. It seems someone has prepared coffee in the kettle.

This is a very nice serviced apartment in a stand alone building in a more residential area outside of Bern. It is easily reachable from the train station by bus/tram and about a 8-10 min walk to the hotel from the transportation line. It is also easy to access the main stadium via direct bus to Wankdorf, about 10 minutes away. The room was spacious and comfortable with a complete kitchen and all the necessary furnishings for even a longer-term stay. If you are planning to eat there or have breakfast in the room, I would suggest bringing in food on arrival as I could not see any nearby restaurants or cafes or grocery stores (though there must be some in the vicinity). This was a self check in situation and I never came across any staff, except cleaning staff who directed me to my room. I have two minor complaints: if you require a dark room bring a sleep mask as while the room is dark enough with curtains, there is no curtain on the kitchen window (at least in the Claude suite) or door to the bedroom, so sunlight will stream in. And in my case, very noisy construction work began at 8:00 am right underneath my room prompting me to check out a little earlier than I had anticipated. Otherwise this is a lovely spot and a comfortable place to stay - very quiet and close enough to transportation to make it easy even without a car.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Bern. The beds were comfortable. I slept very well during my stay. The place is spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. This was perfect for me, as I was looking for a place to relax and unwind after my flight. There was plenty of public transportation nearby and we got our Bern-Tickets from the host. This made it easy for us to get around the city. Parking is available, so we dropped our car and took public transportation to the city center.

Good quiet location with short(ish) walk or bus ride to central Bern. The apartment was very clean and modern.

I got a little bit the feeling that the owners were trying to maximise their revenue from this property. there was enough off-street parking at this apartment however they chose to charge us for it. snacks were on the table as were some drinks in the fridge but again, of course for a fee. No big deal but for the asking price I feel that the uncovered small parking spot could have been included in the price.

The property was amazing. The amenities were well though out and had everything we needed. The place was kept clean daily. 12 minute cycle to the Aare river, use publibike just down the street. Don’t forget your Aare bag! Claude was super helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay was great. I would definitely stay here again.

1. The room is new, has facilities as mentioned as per booking.com. 2. Very attentive staff and team, 3. Area of the house is decent & has a good neighbourhood, we've got opportunity to have small talk with neighbour who live there for around 14 years. Very nice man.

1. Should inform if we required to use stairs as normally when people are travelling as family, there will bring big luggages 2. Should provide parking as part of the cost as parking is just in front of the house cost you CHF16/day. 3. The city tax is quite high compare to other places we went in Switzerland, hence if you plan to stay longer need to consider this as well 4. To remove washroom odour by properly washing it using water, not only wipe it as there maybe have residue of pee.

Location was excellent and very easy to get to. The apartment was also nice, although we did not get the one in the picture, but that was fine. The communication was also very good and clear with the staff.

No underfloor heating, so walking in the apartment without shoes was too cold, especially in winter. However, it is understandable given the older build of the apartment block. Also, beddings we thought were a little on the dusty side, as we did sneeze a few times when using them.

Very convenient for the short tram ride to Bern station. Nice to be in a quiet location. The apartment was well equipped, clean and welcoming. We had to ring the host the evening of our arrival to sort out UK adaptors and he came straight over with what we needed - he was very friendly and helpful.

The sitting room/second bedroom had a sliding door to the main bedroom, so I had to go through my sister's room to get to the bathroom and kitchen - but we made it work.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Communications with host was excellent. The apartment was close to bus stop so it was easy to get to old town. The description and pictures of apartment were accurate.

It is in a quiet residential area which meant it was not close to restaurants or grocery stores. This is not a problem but need to plan ahead.

Many rooms, had a kitchen which was great. very easy to get the keys and into the room. very helpful and responsive when i messaged. good selection of tv channels. bathroom was very clean. bowl of sweets in the room. was very nicely decorated. the walk in to the town was beautiful when you reached a hill which gave a view of the whole town. had parking outside the building

couldn’t lock the room door. patio doors at the foot of the bed. walk to the town was long.
