My daughter and I stayed 2 nights. Clean room with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed in spacious room. Shower really nice and big. Tram 9 around the corner in 9 min in central Bern. Bus tickets included in the price with us. Parking free next to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was the best. Fresh buns and breads in every taste you want, good selection of cut meats and cheeses, fresh fruit even cheries Staff very helpfull and initiate advice.

Nothing at all...... just perfect for us. We love old fashion hospitality and a friendly greeting. Only compliments here

This was our favorite hotel on our two-week trip. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, but also quite convenient to services and the city center. We had dinner at an outstanding restaurant nearby. The staff went out of their way to respond to every request. Parking was convenient, and we also appreciated being able to take our breakfast outside. The room was perfectly designed. On a long trip, one gets tired of rooms that are too small, have insufficient outlets, and quirky light switches or showers; our room at Hotel Jardin had none of these problems. Everything worked, and the room was comfortably large. This hotel was absolutely perfect for our too-brief stay.

The room was spacious for our family of three, wide double and single beds, nice wooden floor, the owner and personnel were very helpful and gave us all necessary support and guidance, the hotel has a free parking which was available at all times during our stay and we were given free local transport tickets. We used a tram to get to the old town just in three stops, otherwise, one could reach the old town by foot in 20 mins. The hotel is very clean and quiet, the breakfast has all necessary products.

Very nice people (The Owner & Fabian) . Especially Fabian who helped with nice tips what to visit in Bern. Like the Gurten, A great place to go. The hotel is also well located nearby many restaurants shops and the tram line n°9. There is a nice way to go to the old Town by walk just ask Fabian ;). Parking space + free ticket to take public transport :)

Nothing special everything was nice. Maybe something to improve and help the hotel to become even better I would say to add a top mattress to have like one mattress. But the mattress was very comfortable.

Really great hotel, clean, nice personels (Fabien is a star!), comfortable bed, the room was quite large, everything was great and perfect! Highly recommend!

Everything was spotlessly clean Our room was very spacious, with high ceilings and windows that we could open. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and very well organised The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood and only a 10 minute walk to the old town. There was a handy tram stop nearby so no need to take the hire car into Bern. The welcome was very good, lots of information and great customer service. There were several free parking spaces and once there, we didn’t use the car again until we left.

Great location in a nice neighborhood across from a park with close access to the tram that made travel around town easy. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and accommodated my celiac disease with gluten free options. Amazingly sweet tomatoes!! Room was very quiet which was very important due to windows needing to stay open all night with the warm weather. Also had a fan which helped. Enjoyed sitting on the front patio. Staff was very friendly and helpful and recommended a great walk to start our explorations of Bern.

More powerful hair dryer that stays on without having to hold the "on" button. I talked to one of the staff at the front desk and he said they are already updating the hair dryers so that won't be a problem soon. Otherwise nothing!

very warm welcome. free parking on site. free public transportation ticket for the stay. good breakfast. very clean. very good location, close to busstop for bus 9A that goes to the center. otherwise its just a 20 minute walk. Bern is a beautiful place to walk around!
