Friendly staff and very helpful. Breakfast was good.

There were no electrical outlets at bedside. However the staff brought in extension cords and move the bed to access the one out behind that was already used to power the night stand lights so they remained off during our stay. we need the outlets for our CPAP machines

The location, the bed was clean and comfortable, no noise at night, great view. It did what I wanted it to do.

I guess if I had to point something out, even though i felt nostalgic in a sense, it could use an uplift, decor, the carpet was quite worn out. A smart tv in the room would have been a plus too.

My 3 nights stay at the hotel was very good. Very good value for money and problem free stay. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious with balcony even if I didn't explicitly asked it and the hotel direction had a designated area for having dinner inside the hotel which was muh appreciated as the weather was rainy and the outdoors options of near by restaurants were limited ( due to vivid restrictions eating only outdoors was permitted not indoors). Parking was easy to find and we had no noise disturbance from neighbouring rooms. However, I have the impression that due to covid and the period of time we visited the area, tourist influx was not as it used to be so it was less busy. Whatsoever, the overall experience was good and I would highly consider going again if I'm in the area.

Nothing in particular, it was a good value for money. I didn't had breakfast as a near by bakery was a nice option.

Lack of plugs to charge phones etc. No kettle in room. Shower had 2 curtains which would stick to your skin.

the excellent welcome from the front desk, the room was very big, the bed is comfortable, it is calm, it is located 5min on foot from the town centre

the carpet in the room, it is not very modern, the breakfast is very basic

Near train stations. Fair price. Nice staff. Well cleaned.

The restaurant was closed (for dinner). The hotel looks a bit worn, e.g. the carpets have stains, the chromium plating on the water tap is gone and the silicone joints in the bath have holes.

Staff is really friendly, the morning buffet was really good for the price we payed (10 chf), rooms are large with all amenities. Only carpeting (moquette) that would welcome a bit of a refresh. :)

Good communication, well-kept building, quiet (at night does not drive a car and no train) clean, large rooms, good bed, beautiful views, top friendly staff, good location between train station and center with supermarket, want come back
