Everything Staff, clean, location Everything is perfect at this hotel and I recommend it

I don't like and I don't trust booking.com anymore. The time you'll have an issues with a hotel, you'll understand what I mean. They'll say to you we are just platform. So what if you arrive and the hotel/ apartment is full of dog hair or fleas. Believe me booking.com won't do anything for you. This happened to me at a different apartment at the same village.

Its a nice cozy boutique family run hotel right at the centre of Villars. The staff is very helpful and supportive to make you stay a memorable one. The location is excellent as its near to all convenience store, pharmacy and restaurants. The rooms are decent size, ample storage, comfy beds, toiletries ,balcony with amazing views & parking for the car.

The selection of breakfast is very poor with limited choice and the price being charged for it. There is no hot breakfast served. This is something the hotel can improve.

There was no one there to help (on premise). And also was a little hot in the room despite having a great ventilator. Some parts didn’t seem as clean as I am used to.

I was surprised to be upgraded to a junior suite. The room was fantastic with a large balcony and large, beautiful bathroom with a large tub, perfect for taking a soak - and bath salts were provided. I could Park my car out front at no extra cost and the hotel is centrally located for exploring. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with view outside. Big bathroom with amenities. The bed was comfy. Not many restaurant opened after 7 or 8 pm, so it was quiet after that which is good. A lot of good trails to hike in the morning.

Comfortable room and being able to book a proper single without having to pay for a double. Good variety at breakfast. Helpful staff, no problem stowing luggage to enable skiing on the last morning.

View out the front of the railway station could have been more inspiring - but you can't have everything. The restaurant was closed for two evenings, but not really a problem as plenty of places to eat in town.

Typical Swiss hotel, classical and charming. What you expect in the swiss alps. The location may be very convenient during ski season too... and was in front to Villars Palace where I attended a conference.

very nice hotel, simple and good, excellent location. great steak for dinner, kind staff, very responsive. comfortable beds, no frill rooms but functional and good.

a bit too expensive for what it is. this is Swiss mountains :)

Cozy room, nice bathroom, nice lady at the reception, nice restaurants around.

Breakfast was quite poor, also the lady in the breakfast room was not exactly nice or friendly, the view from my floor was quite inexistant, it was on ground floor facing street. There was almost no tourist information available, only some explanations given at the reception but no map.

Nice room with beautiful mountain views from balcony/terrace. Simple breakfast but appropriate considering price. Excellent location in the center of the town and right across the street from the train station.

Limited parking. The hotel has a few parking spots out front but if those are occupied the only option is a paid lot for 30 CHF for every 24 hours.
