Incredibly good location! We had a very spacious room with a beautiful view, modern design and a king size bed. All the staff were very friendly and professional. There is a bar in the lobby with a good selection of drinks and delicious food. The hotel is wonderful! The nearest ski lift is very close: you can get from the bus stop Hotels or walk 5 minutes

There were not enough vegetables for breakfast

The food in the hotel was good.

The cost of the food for dinner and lunch at the hotel was too expensive. I think the dinner was CHF 65 per adult and CHF 35 for kids from memory. Too expensive when you are a family of five so we ended up eating out after trying it one time.

it’s close to the bus stop, ski renting shop, restaurants, etc. Excellent location

the rooms were not very clean, we had to ask to change the towels, clean the glasses, and the beds were not very well made.

The SPA is very outdated. The sauna's were not on. The SPA opening hours are not extensive enough. The telephone to access reception not connected. What if their was an emergency?

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is very tastefully decorated. The breakfast in the morning is copious and delicious!

The shower in the bathroom was faulty and could use fixing. There was no hair conditionner or moisturiser in the bathroom, which I would expect of a 4 star hotel.

The hotel has been renovated and looks very nice. Our family room was spacious and confortable. The indoor swimming pool was lovely after a day outdoors. The breakfast buffet was delicious and always full. The location of the hotel is great, with easy walks or very short bus rides to both the train station and the ski lifts.

The only watch-outs would be the service from the staff, possibly because it had just opened: the rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon when we were back from skiing (despite asking for the rooms to be done earlier). Also no help from the staff when we arrived with luggage, skis and children. I am sure they will quickly catch up though.

Very nicely renovated: the lobby, the rooms, the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was very good. The staff is very friendly. Our children enjoyed the pool, and the rooms with bunk beds (which can be connecting so try and ensure to get connecting ones). We were lucky to get a good black Friday deal to make our stay more affordable.

The check-in was extremely long. We arrived at 3 and only got our rooms over 2 hours later because they were not ready. Many others had the same issue, and sometimes issues with not getting the right rooms). We were treated to a drink at the bar which was a nice gesture, but we really had wanted to get to our rooms after skiing.

Location is nice, rooms are well maintained and timely cleaned. Staff is very professional and kind. Best part is the breakfast.

If you are from indian subcontinent, food in lunch and dinner is not upto the taste especially vegetarian food.

Excellent breakfast, lots of choices, all kind of cheese to choose from. Very good coffee! There is a pool and two saunas that we enjoyed. I also saw lots of families with kids playing boardgames in the lobby in the evenings. The TV was also huge for the room.

Not much, there was some noise coming from the neighbour's bathroom. Also the bathroom had a transparent window to the the street which may or may not be on the taste of taller women taking a shower.

room very hot, had to turn radiator off and open window all night meaning could hear traffic Also no sound proofing despite being newly refurbished, could hear the room next door zipping up their bag, it was that clear! Some staff unhelpful and clearly not fans of the English!
