Nice modern hotel Comfortable room, very clean. Outside was cold, but the room was very warm. Parking in front of the room. Helpful personal. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. At breakfast choice was not big, but everything was good.

Door in the bathroom is made of glass with fog effect. It is ok if you are traveling alone. The walls do not have good isolation, and you can hear the noises in the other rooms.

The room was nice, modern, spacious enough and had access to a nice ground floor garden. It was quiet and with parking right in front of the door.

Small issue with the bathroom window not opening, which didn't impact us much to be honest. Also the advertised ironing service was not available, but we were provided with a iron and board.

Comfortable room, with parking right outside the front door motel style. Friendly helpful staff who give me a free bus pass & discount card. Right beside the bus stop for a 10 minute journey to the town centre. (It’s a 20-30 minute walk)

No air con & no power sockets close to the bed. I had to charge my phone in the corner of the room.

This property is a motel so the rooms are a short walk from the reception and restaurant building. I liked the fact that we could open the rear door of our room into a lawned garden at the rear. The Primroses were beautiful and the mountain views were excellent. The hotel was a taxi ride away from the railway station but not too far. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the outside appearance of the bedroom block, All concrete and not very attractive, however the rooms inside were great

Very friendly staff, accomodated our wish immediately to put the 2 families with kids closer to each other, seemed very flexible and understanding.

They charged the room price double. When i showed them on my app that booking already charged it they were not open for any discussion. I don’t know in the end if it was the hotels or bookings fault but i did not like how they brushed it off straight away. So I was well rid of almost 600 CHF for one night at that point. My bigger problem was the room temperature around 20 degrees, with smaller kids and a whole day out on the freezing mountains we would have preferred a warmer room. There were no specific instructions how we could regulate the temperature.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, nice food, clean room, but a terrible glass door to bathroom!!

We were very unhappy with the glass door to the bathroom. It offered no privacy and I would not stay there again just because of that. Everything else was great, except that door!!

Perfectly clean, tv, internet, nice sheets, VERY friendly front desk staff who went the extra mile to change rooms for the kids being closer, thank you so much for your flexibility and kindness! easy check in, good key token system! water boiler worked too and was properly clean (no residue). good cleaning job for sure.

as there were 4 degrees outside a warmer room would have been much better. we felt cold. i also think both beds (or all 4) should have direct power outlets at the head / pillow. a lot of people go to bed with their phones and want to charge it. there was a single power plug 2 meters from the bed and i was only lucky to bring 3 meter cable but most of them are 1.5 and you can’t charge while reading in bed. please remodel the outlets, these days direct wall usb is also an expectation especially in 300 chf price range.

Hotel is located very close to Highway at the south Chur's exit - easy to find - it's like an American motel, but the Swiss way. You can park your car in front of your room's door that is quite convenient when travelling with a lot of luggage - moreover the restaurant is excellent. Breakfast perfect. This hotel-restaurant is "top" and not that expensive.

Really delicious food in the restaurant. Wifi accesible everywhere. Clean room. Own parking place.

It was necessary to make a reservation for dinner in advance. We didn´t know it.

The staff is nice. The parking is right next to the room which is very comfortable. the breakfast was simply good. The room was clean and in good condition.

the rooms are quite narrow. luckily we took a connected double room, but still not very spacious.
