Staff was friendly and efficient, room was large, and the view was excellent. Parking was easy and it’s near to the motorway. The woman who was at the reception when we checked in was very friendly and helpful and the woman who was in charge of the breakfast was also very nice and helpful!

The door to the bathroom is made of glass and very thin.. This both means that there isn’t much privacy from noise, and that when you turn on the light in the bathroom in the night the whole hotel room is filled with light, waking up the other person. The rooms were otherwise big and new, so it was a weird design choice.. The television had 100 channels but not a single one with English content. Would have been nice.

We stayed here as we were catching the Glacier Express. Hotel looks relatively new. It is about a 20 minute walk from the centre of town, but a bus stop is right outside and reception will be happy to order you a taxi. They also gave us a voucher for free transport in the town. We didn't look into this too much as we were happy to walk. The room was extremely spacious with views of mountains and had exterior blackout blinds to stop the glaring sun. A nice touch was the cookies we received for not wanting to have our room cleaned one of the mornings by hanging the title bag in the room outside the room door. A little gift from the hotel as p art of their sustainability efforts.

Location to town

Very close to bus stop, in fact, just opposite to Bus 6 stop. Even tough the hotel is so close to the bus stop, the room was not noisy. We got the mountain view, it was good. There is a COOP very nearby, we could get our groceries from it.

The hotel is more for business users I guess, as there are offices near by. We are not unhappy about it, but it is just for information to others. The hotel is quite some distance from the main railway station, one should allocate about 18mnts for the commute by bus.

Th hotel was, clean, modern and very comfortable, we really enjoyed our short stay, we used taxi and the local town bus

Everything was great , the hotel is located a bit away from main town centre but we knew about this and it worked fine for us.

Great location with amenities close by, the room itself was very comfortable.

We were travelling with a baby and unfortunately had no way to bathe her because there was no tub and only a tiny shallow sink. So I’m not sure what we would have done if not for family close by.

All good and comfortable, good location to reach multiple ski resorts.

Second time in the hotel, only 10 days later, and I need to complete again the registration form. I was expecting to have me in the database, maybe it could be good for returning customers.

Amazing views close to Chur west train station. Also good bus routes. Great bathrooms. Next to mall. Lovely helpful staff

It's in quite an industrial area away from the old town. Location was great for us but might be more difficult for others. There are really good transport links to the old town though.

loved the room setting, huge window, sunny in the morning. Bathroom was spacious, great water pressure. The bed was perfect. You get two water bottles with the room and two coffee capsules.

Not great if you're trying to sleep in. Very loud cleaning crew plus a lot of furniture dragging going on upstairs. Vents are loud too. No tea kettle

Excellent views from the room, clean facilities and welcoming atmosphere, very helpful staff, convenient parking underground, proximity to Chur and very easy access to the motorway.

The room was very warm during the night and I had no real control over the central heating / AC system (or at least I couldn't figure it out). Luckily some of the windows permit to be opened slightly if needed, although heating a room at an open window in the winter is not very environmentally friendly and energy efficient. We arrived at around 8.30 pm (on a Friday) and it turned out that the hotel restaurant worked only until 9 pm. As we didn't have enough time to eat in, we found a good restaurant in the vicinity which was still about 1.5 km away. Walking wasn't a problem for us but the area around the hotel is generally very industrial and a bit dodgy at night, so perhaps using the car would have been better. I thought the breakfast choice was rather limited given its price.

Room is modern, fabulous view with corner wall windows, bathroom spacious and great design and super clean.

For the price, breakfast could have been better - the choices were very basic and ham looked like it was on display a long time. So OK but not on the hi end.
