Breakfast was wonderful, but the most essential excellence of this hotel is the FREE charging station for your electric car. At the hotel's charging station, you can charge a car with AC power for free or with Gofast DC power.
Everything was OK, especially the hotel price.

Nice staff, very clean room.
No A/C -this was a problem at night especially, because it was hot and we had to keep the windows open, therefore mosquitos, noise etc.

Very good location price very ok for the quality of the place, confortable room nice reception and facility, we booked few rooms for friends everying was perfect there we are very happy thank you for everything !

The breakfast buffet offered various food items and drinks. The location of the hotel is very good for exploring the area around Neuchatel, Murten, Val de Travers, Chasseral, etc, but you have to have a car. Using public transportation from the location of the hotel wouldn't be convenient.
One of the reasons why we booked that hotel for our 5 days stay in the western part of Switzerland was because it had a pool. But unfortunately the pump was broken, and didn't get repaired during our stay, so the pool had always been closed.

There were no concerns on the staff's attitude to us. They were cordial and helpful. They gave advice on several places to visit.
