Excellent location, just 3 min walk from the second stop of the Rigibahn, so if you have electronic tickets to go up to Rigi Kulm, no need to walk to the main train station. You can find almost everything in the room including kitchen equipment- in Switzerland this is very handy when restaurant prices are unreasonably expensive (who pays 25 euro for a pasta plate? I mean seriously?). I loved the contactless entry arrangements, everything worked very smoothly.

I would have liked to have a hair dryer, but this is a personal preference and need. It was pretty noisy because of the main road, but to b honest it did not bother me at all and the traffic got calmer in the evening. And the check-in / check-out hours (16:00 - 10:00) could be rethought.

Very clean and easy to find

Situated on the main road. A lot of noise from traffic all night long. Very close to Church - loud chiming of bells all night. We stayed on a warmer than usual evening. No aircon, only a small fan. Too much outside noise to leave window open for fresh air. Too warm inside even with fan.

Very convenient location as a stopping place during a trip, and the facility is simple and clean with all the necessities.

Water easily spreads outside the shower area; some lights did not function. The contactless check-in and check-out is very convenient, however, senior travelers might find it challenging if they are not good at using smartphone functions.

Very new, super easy check-in and out, convenient parking, everything working, even a small kitchenette for breakfast etc. We liked the large room with plenty of beds for the kids. we did not use it but there is a large and modern gym on the ground floor. direct access from parking garage to the rooms.

We love that the parking is very straight forward and cheap. Also the apartment is well equipped with everything you need for preparing a simple meal.

The water in the shower is leaking outside the shower door hence there’s always a puddle of water in the bathroom…

Entering the property main building first time was tricky. More instructions at the main door would help.

We havent used induction stove earlier, some instructions on how to use it would have helped, we had to google it and figured out, for others in our situation may be difficult.

The contactless check in and the access to online room keys was very convenient and simple to use and the facilities were very clean and functional!

If the TV would have had a way to cast from your phone, it would have made it even nicer, but that's the only thing I can think of.

The property could improve with having hair dryer and iron with ironing board. The water from the shower flows out due to poor drainage system design.

The contactless check-in and online keys is an amazing idea. Very convenient and easy to use. The location is perfect too. The rooms were spacious. It’s definitely one of the best places we stayed in.
